After leaving ATT next door, we decided to get some Chipotle. Wanted some lunch to go. Upon getting to the counter, an employee told us "no white rice." I asked him to check with his coworkers about getting more rice, which is something he should have done without me giving advice. He was nice, though. His colleague, on the other hand, a Hispanic female, got upset when her colleague asked for more rice. She stated “20 minutes” with an attitude.She was extremely rude to all the customers in line, and she was rude to her coworker that checked for more white rice for us. My wife and I decided to leave, because without white rice, there’s no point in making a bowl. Brown rice is nasty.This all occurred during lunch rush hour, about 12:30pm. Why wouldn’t the cooks have extra rice ready for the increase in customers during lunch rush hour? The fault is with whoever cooks and preps the food. Unfortunately, bad service, missing ingredients, and small portions seems to be the norm at Chipotle; and this is why my wife and I rarely give Chipotle our business.

This is a fast food place with a huge turnover, but a generally friendly atmosphere. Of all my fast food options, this is my favorite.If you go late at night, they’re already cleaning up and a lot of times it’s not that clean, but it still feels better than the rest .

Oh man where have I been!!! Of all the Chipotle Mexican restaurants I've been too this is clearly the nicest restaurant of all their locations they have everything in stock and if like sides they load it up the staff are very nice as well

Awful customer service. They give you such small portions. Everyone knows they charge extra for guac so you expect to get what you're paying for. The girl behind the counter didn't even give me a half spoonful and then when I said something she said that's how much you get. I asked the guy next to her if we get a full spoonful or half he said, full same as a side cup. She then started arguing with me saying she put a full spoonful. The guy next to her asked her to open my burrito, that she quickly closed after I started saying something. They both couldn't even tell me where the guac was. It was plan disrespect. Chipotle, find people that give a damn or close locations till they can train employees. I don't want support a shi*y company.

Improper hand hygiene while handling foodThe girl handling the food used her hands with gloves to wipe all food from the counter, then proceeded to take the next order. (never changing gloves)She then walked away wiping her gloved hands on her apron.Then prepared a to go order, handled the computer, and wiped the counter again with her gloved hands. Then took another order.. (all with the same pair of gloves)In addition they were rude.Disgusted and lost a customer

Due to lack of optionality, my colleagues and I visit this Chipotle for lunch about once per week. A few important notes:-The portion sizes have declined over time-When you order online, the portions are tiny. Like 30% smallerthan they are supposed to be-The service is rarely friendly-The meat is always ice cold-The meat is typically chewy and unappetizing
