Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location is really going downhill. We had a terribly unprofessional interaction. I think the manager and staff wanna drive away customers so they don’t have to work as hard. The problem is this is a shortsighted strategy. I really like chipotle and I’m concerned this location will go out of business with his attitude.

The health department needs to shut this place down. This morning they had the kitchen carpet runners sitting on the stools where guests sit, no trash can, undercooked chicken and hard rice. AVOID THIS LOCATION. It’s the third time I’ve been and it’s always worse than the previous visit. This location is an embarrassment to the chipotle brand and restaurants as a whole.

After competing at the state championship, I brought a high school Wrestling Team, 22 players including coaches to this Chipotle. It was 8 PM on a Friday, 2-14-2025. They would not serve us because they only had 3 workers. The place was literally empty from what I could see. Definitely no work ethic here..... I have brought many sports teams to several Chipotle's around the southeast because the teams like them.
Guess what, the team went next door to Panera Bread who only had 3 workers. They were glad to have the extra business & served our team well....

LAZY AND RUDE
On sunday around 3:30 the rudest lady was working the counter. She was being rude to her coworkers and to the customers. She cut off me while trying to order 4 times. She also refused to get vegetables to put inside my bowl. This chipotle should be shut down. It is NOT like any other chipotle!! The customer service is awful.

It was two hours before close me my daughter N mother came into eat an after we ordered were told the lobby was closed so we went an ate in the car out front others came in an began eating inside so I went back in store an confronted them an they still said Lobby is closed while a couple continue to eat so I walked out

Don’t come to this location. Waste of money. The girl put half a scoop of chicken on my plate and when I asked for more she said “that’ll be double.” Food is dry and tasteless too.

As far as taste, the food is really good and always fresh. But they need to hire nicer people. They always get an attitude and roll their eyes when I ask them to put on new gloves (because I have a dairy allergy) Next time ima just go to the back and fix my own food

We unfortunately frequent this location but will no longer, every time we come here the employees are incredibly rude. I feel like I am being a burden on them just by asking them to take my order. They skimp on the portion sizes and have even charged us for things that we did not order. Something has to be done about this. “Mannie” took our order tonight and could not be more cold and rude. She should be ashamed of herself and chipotle should be even more ashamed of hiring people like her.

not good service, not fresh food, always out of multiple ingredients no matter the time of day. this place needs a revamp. sad because i love chipotle and its the only one close

Me and my girlfriend came to this location for the first time since it was near her work. I never leave reviews on Google for restaurants, but I had to with this place. Staff were not friendly at all, lady looked pissed off she was there also did not wish us a good day or anything like that. They gave terrible portion sizes for both of us (half a scoop of steak). Both me and my girlfriend left saying to each other that we would never go back there. As big fans of Chipotle normally, this place sucked. Would recommend driving to the Old Hickory location instead.

This is the third time we’ve come to this Chipotle with the hopes it will be better. It never is. They are always out of fresh food no matter what time you come, the food they do have is always over cooked, the service is hit or miss, and you’ve got to double check they give you everything you pay for.
