All chipotles pretty much suck these days and this one is nooooo different. I cant even give the food 1 star because I wasn’t even able to get any! It was 7PM, the store doesn’t closed till 10PM, I wasn’t even greeted and the cashier is yelling across the store as they are cashing someone out asking what I wanted and I couldn’t even understand them and they were getting so frustrated and rolling their eyes. They said they only had Barbacoa and whatever else and I asked when the rest would be done and she replied “i dont know i’m not cooking it” as if it wasn’t on the grill behind her…. All of the workers were looking at each other giggling rolling their eyes at me. Maybe get some employees that are actually willing to work and you’d have some better reviews.

The store closes at 10pm I got there around 850 3/22/24 and they were putting things away and making faces. So I'm like okay whatever it's fine. Only one person in the line making the bowls which she just made without me telling her I would do q bowl but I'm easy going so I was like okay no burrito today thats fine. So I ordered then my sister ordered as she closes her bowl with the top foil I'm like oh and a steak burrito please . A second lady came and they bothe rolled their eyes with a lot of attitude then register lady was charging me and I said did you get the burrito to pay for it. The other lady in line is bad talking us to the new customers ad the register lady is literally yelling saying I can't do that I need to go back in line which I responded to that they had just closed the bowl and only one person is there so I was going one thing at a time.Then she responded saying you can't do that you gotta go back in line all these people waiting and then the other lady started yelling too. There were so many people and I understand they were frustrated as they were trying to go home and we all came in at the same time but they close at 10pm so I said to the lady I don't understand the attitude I don't have to get anything to which they both said then don't get anything so I walked away and left perfectly good food which they will probably throw away and that is the worst part, being humiliated infront of all those people was a bonus.

Terrible service, employees act like you just asked them to work double overtime... when all you want is just a burrito. Had one headphone in so obviously barely listened to me, not sure why that's allowed when interacting with people. Food quality was not great but edible, burrito was a lot smaller than the normal size and terribly wrapped. Do not come to this location!!!

By the far the worst Chipotle in Nashville! The last few times I’ve been to this location there has been some sort of problem, from rude employees, to employees smelling like weed, to the cleanliness, and today they did not have fajitas veggies, beans, sour cream, some of the protein and lettuce.

First all the employees seem like "oh great another one" and when you order burritos after rolling them sideways they then roll the opposite so you don't get a fully filled or functional burrito you get this half empty thing of a mess. Just ordered 2 burritos look at the pic!

Service is horrid and every time i come all of the employees seem extremely upset to even be at work. They're extremely stingy with their vinaigrette sauce for some reason and they'll charge you for vinaigrette but since chipotle as a company doesn't charge for it, they'll put it on the receipt as a "side tortilla".
