My delivery order has still not arrived. It is7:30 pm and I placed the order at 5:13 pm today. Oh, I received an order that was apparently made at 12:40 this afternoon for Lindsey Greene. I wrote via the bot and was assured that someone would reach out but that hasn’t happened. The delivery driver suggested I give the meal to a homeless person since the order was not what I had ordered or wanted.I want a full refund of $54.67 that I paid for our disappearing dinner. I ordered online for pickup and for the THIRD time ordering from this location they only gave me half a portion in the burrito bowl. When I walk through the line and watch them put the ingredients together this never happens. I called back to inform them they’ve not given me what I’ve paid for and they told me the manager was busy and hung up on me. This is not acceptable in a business, so I will not recommend anyone go to this location.
Why is there no salt available in the restaurant? I would like salt for my guacamole ... every other chipotle has it.
