Well I was only doordashing I didn't actually eat there myself but as a Dasher I can tell you I observe things like atmosphere cleanliness the speed in which the order that I'm picking up is being made or it's already ready things of that nature I did find that chipotle was on it my order was already ready when I got there and there was a person there to assist me when I walked in the door unlike Clarksville where they'll have you sitting and waiting 30 minutes

This chipotle is extremely stingy. My bowls are always very noticeably underfilled and you have to ask for more of each item to get the actual amount of food you are supposed to.

No wonder the stock is tanking. We are paying adult prices and getting kids meal portions.

Embarrassing Portion of Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette. I’m honestly shocked at what I received today. I ordered two Chipotle Honey Vinaigrettes, and this is what I got both cups barely filled, like someone just drizzled a splash in and called it a day. For a place that prides itself on “real ingredients” and “fresh flavor,” this is disappointing and unacceptable.

The vinaigrette is one of the main reasons I even order from Chipotle, and getting this tiny amount is insulting it wouldn’t even cover half my bowl. I shouldn’t have to beg or pay extra just to get a reasonable portion.

My husband and I walked in with everyone on there phone. And the older guy with the missing teeth was rude and rushy made me forget some of the extra food I want. I’m pregnant and frustrated and now crying cause my order is wrong and dry.

Shame on the mangagement here. Walked in during peak lunch hr and there were only 2 people there. Started to leave but took a chance and found out why. This place is nothing short of horrible all around in every category. Every member on the staff was rude and looked like they were all miserable to be there. Food was rushed and sloppy. I've been to other Chipotles and had a good experience but this one needs either new mngt or to be shut down.

I think it’s the only time I’ve ever came home with take out and thrown it straight in the trash. The restaurant is disgusting inside. Couldn’t understand the mumbling of the employee preparing my food and felt like he was in an enormous rush to get me through the line even though nobody was in line behind me. Really tense vibe in there. Ordered a bag of chips and came home to find that they barely covered the bottom of the bag. Wish I would’ve done like others in these reviews and just walked away without completing my order.

This chipotle is nice and cleanly. Workers are nice and atmosphere is calm. They seem to be stocked up usually but unfortunately some of the items are a bit overcooked or left out too long, like the rice being a bit hard and the lettuce halfway turning.
