Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place sucks I just moved in the area and was happy chipotle was right down the street but now I really don't care because for one they messed up my mom's order and two they messed up my order the very next day and I paid $26 dollars and just to get shaving of chicken in my bowl so I'm eating a bowl full of vegetables I ordered online so I guess they didn't care when they was making my order cause I wasn't there but anyways I will be driving to a different location if I want chipotle cause I want my order to be right!!!! It's no point of ordering online if they gonna mess the order up!!! Like I would rather wait in line than have a messed up online order!!!!

the food wasn’t the problem it was the man making it he was completely rude and un professional he was a bigger African american male and he was completely rude making eating inside un enjoyable

Be sure to order in person. I ordered online and they barely filled my bowl. This place is too pricey to barely get any food.

Sitting down on toilet realized no TP.
After walking up and notifying staff new TP was set on grab rail by commode not even installed properly.
Water all over the floor near commode.
Staff music behind counter different from lobby both so loud I couldn't even understand mumbling lady that made my bowl. She was fast talking and obviously not enjoying her job or serving me.
Rice was under cooked and crunchy.
Several tables with food scraps littered throughout.
This is becoming a recurring Chopotle theme and frankly I'm sick and tired of it. It's becoming the norm which means I'm out. This is not how you run a business.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a go-to spot for consistently delicious food. I’ve visited several locations, and the quality is almost always reliable. My personal favorite is the steak salad bowl—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.

My kids love the “build your own” kids’ tacos, and honestly, so do I! On days when I don’t feel like eating an entire bowl, the kids’ taco option is the perfect size. It’s nice to have a choice that feels just right for a lighter meal.

This particular location is generally busy, but it’s clean and well-kept, which makes the experience even better despite the crowds.

Overall, Chipotle continues to deliver great food and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I went here and the lady was very rude and kept on making faces, she also kept on groaning because my brother couldnt take his money out his pocket. The food is good but very bad customer service.

Phew, wrong order, absolutely disgusting. Placed in the app and just wasted a large tip & rounded up to the charities, as well. Tried to contact customer service, even that wouldn’t work. I will never return to this location again. Get it together, Chipotle!

I can not seem to just get a clean burrito from this place. It's bad enough ordering a veggie burrito and getting one that's wayyyy smaller than regular because I guess y'all think vegetarians don't like food, but this is the second time I've gotten halfway into a burrito and found several hunks of chicken, so I'm closer to throwing up than being sated from the food I just bought.

Chipotle is one of the few fast food places I can even get food from and it sucks that this location and White Bridge are just phoning it in. Maybe y'all should pay your people more so they give a damn about theor jobs instead of constantly training a revolving door of new people.

Staff was unpleasant at best, and the burrito was so overstuffed it was split and everything falling out when I unwrapped it.

both on door and website says open at 10:45 am. i arrived at the location at 10:47am when i went to open the doors they were locked. the workers appeared disorganized and obviously unready at opening time. a worker with blonde hair in a braide looked and me and mouthed “not open” and proceeded to work nonchalantly while we was standing outside. worked preceded to try and avoid eye contact with me while i stood outside. sad to say i did not experience great service. when we were let in at 11:03. we were not told sorry for the wait nor a warm welcome in. i asked what time they opened and said 10:45 and said they were shorted handed which is not a problem i understand. i told them a little communication goes a long way because there was a few people who left due to them not being open on time and the amount of time we had waited. the young man said “they are free to eat someone else”. when he was taking my order i felt rushed out. the food was cold (i have a 5 min ride home) and did not seem fresh. quality of the food was disappointing such as the service. if i can get a review in the negatives i would absolutely awful

Unnecessarily rude to delivery drivers and refuse to use their own mobile order pick up station (why even have it) will waist your time seemingly on purpose. Not sure what’s going on here not the first issue I’ve had with em.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Everything was lovely. The rice was a bit undercooked tho.
