I normally don’t leave bad reviews but these need to be read by someone higher up in the company for some changes to be made.We showed up at opening and the floor was filthy, tables were not wiped down from the night before, the spoons at the drink and utensil bar were all disgusting and we had to ask for new ones. Nothing was done about the ones out there even though we told them they were gross.I counted 7 workers that I could see, not including the ones in the back… it was not very busy yet, so there was plenty of available help to take care of things.The food was $57 for 3 of us?? We were shorted meat amount on one bowl… idk if they thought it was a kid size but then charged for adult size? Also charged an extra $4 for something we didn’t get. The guy working the bar was FLYING through it… and there was no line… felt very rushed and that may be why we were charged extra.It was just a lot…. We probably won’t be back to this one…. :(

I went to the Charlottle location and my experience was horrible. One employee was leaning over a food prep table on his phone while the phone was ringing and didn't bother to answer until another employee said something. I ordered 2 burrito bowls most of the ingredients I wanted was down to the bare minimum, he literally was scrapping the bottom of the pan to get veggies when I asked if I could wait for fresh veggies I was told the cook is on break the food was not fresh so the commercial saying the grill is always sizzling is FALSE! Will not be back to this location if at all!

Usually chipotle is my go to if I’m in a hurry and feeling pretty hungry, but this location off Charlotte Pike not my favorite by employee customer interaction. Asked for a to go bowl, half and half rice and beans, but when it came to the protein portion the gentleman added just half a scoop of protein thinking that was gonna be enough when you’re paying for a full. Anyway I asked if I could get a little more and had the nerve to say it was gonna be extra, I explained to him that was not a full scoop and seems like he wanted to start an argument. Anyway a different employee approached the situation and asked her coworker to kindly add a little more which he did. She ended up taking over my order and delivered good costumer service. As for the place itself not worth the trouble, cold food, bad service.

The more I go to be Chipotle, the more I feel that it's overpriced. I mean, it's $15 without a drink and the food is not much better than any other place. It's gonna be $20+ if you want a drink and ANYTHING extra. I know there are serious Chipotle fans out there that pretty much use this as their whole diet, but I'm just not that impressed. I'd honestly rather go to Taco B. Don't hate me, but at least you know I give honest reviews with other places too.

First time in my life I would of got a bigger burrito at taco bell... spinkle 1/2 Oz of everything and still break the shell, of course im traveling so little I can do, but holy F! Fits in thr palm of my hand with 2 shells.

It was a bad experience.every time you asked the female employee, she would not speak back to you but would make a sound out of her nose.When she asked me “sia” sorry I didn't even know she said “side”, it's hard for her to say one more letter .Then she asked me with racial discrimination “Do u understand English?” NOT recommended!

My first time here ended with me leaving without my order of food. I waited for fresh veggies. Chicken looked dry, corn was dried out. I requested cilantro. "Oh yes we have it but we can't sell it." The supervisor said "I can't even ring it up. No button on the cash register." Just a waste of time. Thanks Chipotle for nothing.

Horrific customer service. I've been to tons of chipotles across the US and this was definitely the worst hands down. Very rude manager and tried to charge me $18 for 2 single tacos because they put one is a bowl. Then when I said there's no guac or cheese on them she didn't believe me and had to look herself. The napkins and forks were completely gone. All of the garbage cans were overflowing. People were stacking trash next to the cans. Very bad experience.

Worker asked my friend if he could turn off the lights on his car because “it was hurting her eyes” after asking him which car was his in the parking lot. Really strange request from the employee who couldn’t wait 30 seconds for them to auto turn off and wanted the guest to leave the store in order to turn them off. I prefer a more normal, professional experience for dinner as a customer.

Avoid this Chipotle!!! I got a crispy, leftover spoon of vegetables in my burrito because they were almost out and didn't want to make more! Also staff will not tell you (or do not know) the allergens in their food!

Sign on door says closing at 8pm for New Year's Eve. Pull up at 6:45pm, 6 workers in the lobby, and they yell at us "we're closeeeddde" *weird chicken crow sound* "were closeeddd" from their seats in the lobby. Would have appreciated an updated sign and less attitude.
