No one in that establishment speaks English. I had to ask them 5 times for what I wanted each time they got it wrong. Then I ask for it one last time and they said “no have quesadilla” THE HELL YOU MEAN YOU DONT HAVE!? I left and will NOT be going back.

I placed an order for pickup that was supposed to be done at 6:50pm. I came in at that time and it wasn’t ready, so I sat and waited. The lady making the mobile/doordash/uber orders was on some type of substance. She kept pausing, leaning over almost falling, and staring off into space. One of the workers came over and saw that her screen was full and that something was wrong. She started making my order finally, and then She walked out of the job soon later. I didn’t get my order until 7:20pm, 30 minutes later. As I'm leaving, I see her smoking outside. I contacted support with pictures and proof and they only want to give me a free drink or guac. Like NO, I need a refund. For one, you all have a person on drugs dealing with food. UNSANITARY!!!!!, secondly, I waited 30 minutes AFTER my promised time for food that was started on by one person and finished off by another! Obviously chipotle doesn’t care who they have working for them and also doesn’t care for their customers!! Side note, the black male that was ringing up people offered everyone in the lobby free drinks for their long wait times, shout out to him!

This particular Chipotle dining room was filthy. Food was all over tables and floor. Unfortunately, the staff was less than accommodating, as well. There were not any employees who spoke English, which made it very difficult to get our order. I asked for a spoon, and the employee looked at me confused, spoke in Spanish to another team member, and that team member handed me a knife. The food was acceptable. However, ordering 2 of the same exact thing, the employee put half the amount of protein in one bowl as the other bowl. We were going to dine in, but since the restaurant dining area was so dirty, we ended up getting the food to go. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I will not be back to this location.

I typically eat here once a week. I can no longer pretend that the food here is good. The last 3 times I had it I had to throw it away because of how salty it was. I wrote a complaint the first time but i was told that theyll try better to get it right. They had 3 chances but im done. I 0love me some Chipotle but I won't be going back.

I’ve lost track how many times this has happened and this is the final time because I will never give another dime to Chipotle. Order came as a delivery an hour late once again. I have food allergies and the bowl came with nothing I had ordered. It was a totally different bowl than what I had ordered. The bowl had my name on it with my correct order. Simple tasks are not processable by today’s society. How do you look at the ingredients on label and still get it absolutely wrong, like it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Then instead of sending a new one Chipotle goes here’s a refund go ahead and reorder. So wait another hour and half for the next screw up? Lol the world we live in is doomed. Thanks for nothing. Again.

Slow service, often rude or annoyed employees, and they get food orders wrong often when ordering online. The trash is often overflowing as well. This is my least favorite Chipotle to go to and I love me some Chipotle! Management doesn’t seem to be prioritizing their employees’ well-being or they’d be happier and more inclined to do their jobs well.
