The service we received was absolutely unacceptable! We were commanded to tell the person making our food to provide the total number of bowls before they would begin our order and we didn't want only bowls! They had very limited amount of meat available at 8:30 PM. The employees were bickering with each other while we were trying to order our food. Then the bowls were placed in the bag on their side so when we arrived home the bag broke and the food fell on the ground. We will never return and we will tell everyone we know not to ever go there!

Worst customer service ever. When I ask for guacamole. Because I had a veggie bowl no protein he was rude and yeah there was charge. When the girl ring me up she didn’t even tell me went through no receipt. I look up online and is free guacamole for a veggie bowl no charge. I will never go back there again.

By far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The guy who works at the takeout station is argumentative, rude and makes food with complete disregard for order instructions. Even his coworkers can’t stand him. Upper management needs to step in and fix this place.

I love chipotle but honestly was so disgusted by this one. The workers are SO rude, and I heard one of the workers deny a customer new guac (because it was brown) and he said we only make one batch a day in the morning. It’s almost 5 pm ! I don’t want to eat 8 hour old guacamole. The register person gave me attitude, and the restaurant was a mess. I never write bad reviews but the way the workers were and how rude they were I don’t think Chipotles franchise would appreciate that.

I usually enjoy coming to Chipotle, but my experience today was really disappointing. The girl taking my order was extremely rude and made me feel very unwelcome. Customer service goes a long way, and it really put a damper on the whole visit. I hope management addresses this so future guests have a better experience.

Sofritas was not sofritas. It was a little raw tofu sprinkled on top. Sofritas is suppsed to be cooked with chipotle sauce. Lettuce is iceburg. Ugh.
