We have had so many issues with this location. Out last order from this location with a mobile order in chipotlane- they gave me a different meat the I ordered, the chips were so stale and they forgot one of our bowls. It consistently has been bad every experience unfortunately

I’m extremely disappointed with this Chipotle location and won’t be returning. I’ve been here about 8 times, and only 2 of those visits were even moderately good—both times because of the same single employee who was actually helpful. Outside of that, the experience has been consistently poor.
They are almost always out of major ingredients, and tonight was the worst yet: no chicken, chimichurri sauce, fajita veggies, cheese, chips, or queso. Ingredients that were available clearly needed to be replenished. Btw, this was at about 4:45pm - why aren’t they prepared for a potential dinner rush?? I was also told they couldn’t make an adult-sized quesadilla and would only make a kids one, even though I’ve ordered an adult quesadilla here before. To make it more frustrating, there were fajita veggies visible in the drive-through area, and I was told they couldn’t use them.
The restaurant itself is dirty and poorly maintained—paper straw wrappers, crumpled napkins, spills on the counter, and an unpleasant smell throughout the store. The service is usually unfriendly and unhelpful.
I kept giving this location chances because it’s close to my house, but stopping here is honestly a sad and frustrating experience almost every time. There are much better Chipotle locations elsewhere — I’d recommend avoiding this one.

Ordered two entrees and large chips for pickup and got like 12 chips. I ordered at 4:50, app said ready at 5:00, and I picked up at 5:10 and somehow the food was cold. Queso was cold as well. Super disappointed for $40

Probably the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The food was cold, the staff was rude, and there was no chicken at 11:45 a.m.? Like, y’all had all morning to make chicken. It wasn’t even busy yet. I would just fire everyone and start over.

Terrible experience everytime I want to get chipotle. The workers are beyond rude & they always leave something out of my order. From now on I will go somewhere else because you guys are truly god awful.

So this location has been absolutely terrible since it opened. But, it's been a little while, so I thought I'd give it another chance and just placed an order on Uber Eats. The whole order was wrong.

Just wanted some of that chimichurri, ya know? Nope. Didn't even put that on it. Barely any carne asada either.

Surprised this place is still open. Do yourself a favor and pick another Chipotle.

I ordered a vegetarian bowl with black beans and got a chicken bowl with pinto beans. Completely unacceptable and dangerous. Do better

I gave this location 3 tries to just be halfway decent. They seem to have gone to great lengths to put together a group of the slowest, angriest, and rudest people ever assembled. They are always out of half of the items, I've never seen a clean table, I've never even seen a napkin in the dispenser. Avoid this place if at all possible.

Busy wkend moving my son, we realized we had not eaten anything all day and noticed there was a Chipotle close by.
Ordered / Delivered. Although definitely a healthier option, the amount my son spent on his 2 burrito bowls, proportions were very disappointing!! Protein, not even a full spoonful of Rice. Black beans in 1 bowl, counted 8, not kidding!! 2nd bowl, if you call it a spoonful it was more a tablespoon. My bowl was mostly minimal black beans, brown rice... Wow!!!
