Worst Chipotle. Never out of anything but never want to make anything but when made food is cold. Management needs serious training on staff.

This chipotle is total garbage. Every single time we order from chipotle they screw up. Either missing items or failure to make the food how it’s requested. Always always missing something. I used to like chipotle but after this recent experience, it’s left a horrid taste in my mouth. High a new manager for this location. Maybe a new one will know how to have all supplies they need and understand how a customer based business should be ran.

This review is specifically for Anthony. Anthony immediately clocked in and began to help us. He realized we were all waiting while the worker attended others. He recognized the problem and acted on correcting it instantly. Anthony’s customer service is superb. He handled the customers with great care. He will be a great manager. Look forward to coming back and seeing Anthony again.

The location is complete TRASH. Do not waste your time, money or energy with this business. My last 3 orders have been a nightmare. Every visit just gets worse. Awfully poor food quality and order are rarely prepared accurately. I once waited 40 mins because they didn’t have rice or chicken prepared. 🤯 RUN…. this place needs to shut down.

this place should be reported to the better business bureau, not only do they not give you what you paid for but when you jump through the hoops for customer service they ignore you and don't give you a refund, very bad and shady business practices going on here

im not sure why the health inspectors havent shut this place down because alot of times their food smells weird like its been left out too long or may have come in contact with dirty dishwater, also for the service it takes way too long and the portions are too small for the protein, even if you order double protein its not enough yet they continue to charge full price. im done giving this place my money, any taco bell is better than this location and thats saying alot....

alright let me say something-

if you’re a resident in the century farms area, and come to this location, YOU KNOW how they can be. out of chips by 6pm, out of chicken, it’s awful. you order through the app and if what you ordered is out, it’s tough luck, and trust me i’ve had multiple breakdowns about it too, making sure i go in to get my refund. BUT, i will say-

today i decided to give them another shot because i just didn’t want to make the drive to the good smyrna location. i made sure BEFORE I ORDERED IN THE APP to ask if they had chips and the girl said they did. i was pleasantly surprised with 3 girls that couldn’t have been nicer. not to mention, the best tasting guac and quesadilla i’ve had from a chipotle in YEARS. so let me just say, to the girls working tonight on 2/7, PLEASE keep up this quality work/attitude! it was so refreshing after i’ve had encounters with rude boys and managers at this location over and over again.

the girls on their shift tonight should become the foundation you need to uphold your standards as a location, especially if you want to survive from these horrendous reviews about you (which are all true). let those 3 girls help show the rest of your staff how efficiently they were making orders, what kindness and professionalism looks like, and how they have made the best quality i’ve had from a chipotle. for the sake of all of us, please!

The worst chipotle ever! Chipotle closes at 10pm. How are they out of chicken for the night at 9:20! This is the second time this location did that. I'll just go to Smyrna! Antioch location is garbage

DO NOT come to this location. I got a veggie bowl with guacamole and the lady barely put 1/4 scoop. I proceeded to ask her for a full scoop of guacamole and she charged me for a double scoop. On top, if you get any sour cream on the side they will charge you for it.

Don’t have anything ever prepared chicken or brown rice always a 20-30 minute wait and can hardly understand them as they all speak Spanish only.
