They charge for every little thing. You have to pay 15$ extra dollars for the jump house and socks!! The personal pan pizza is cheaper at Pizza Hut! Save y’all money and go to another location. River gate didn’t charge extra for every little thing that I can attest to.

We attended my granddaughter’s 3rd birthday party tonight. My daughter booked a small party. I ordered a bigger meal combo pack over $70 and other families ordered combo packages as well. My granddaughter absolutely loved everything.
Overall, it was a good experience. However, the customer service skills of a few of the ladies overseeing the party area were very poor. Because the birthday is just booked for 2 hours, we moved over to a couple of booths in that area because we still had food, drinks, coats, etc. We were standing, talking and visiting in the “birthday area”. She had the security guard come over and ask us to leave that area so she could clean the area. Our group was only using 1 booth at the time. It was 7:45 PM (party was at 5:30) and CEC was open until 9:00 PM. Then the security guard was headed over to the other party families to ask them to leave the area. However, the manager saw what was happening and stopped the guard. We were the only ones asked to leave and the guard was very respectful.
Our group was respectful, well mannered, and the kids were well behaved. Maybe this is their policy to vacate that area, not sure?

This is Not the Chuck E Cheese I remember from back in the day... This location must be ran by someone else because they rules suck!!! How do you get my food order wrong that I waited over 30 minutes for then turn around and throw the food away because it's so called policy... Well I hope this location gets put out of business by the end of this year.. It was halfway empty in there anyways

I visited the Chuck E. Cheese on Bell Road in Antioch with my family of 5. While checking in using my membership, I accidentally dropped one of our cards. I told the manager, Jordan, that we needed one more card, and he said there was nothing he could do and to “make them share.”
When I explained I’ve never had this issue before, he became rude, stormed off, slammed a door, and never came back. Extremely unprofessional behavior—especially at a family-friendly location. I’ve submitted a complaint to corporate.
We celebrated my son's 8th birthday here. We had an awesome time. Everything was perfect and my son said it was "The Best Birthday Party Ever!" The food, games, and birthday celebration was second to none. Also, Jamia was phenomenal. She was all over the place. She helped with getting us in, ordering, helped the Chuck E Chz show, and I even saw here training someone to cook through the kitchen window. Giver her a raise!!! She made our party awesome!!!
I surely recommend and give 5/5 stars!

I thought it was a place to have fun but the staff that serves you is a disgusting bunch of poorly managed people. As if someone is coming to ask them🤬 I recommend to the owners that they fire those who serve at the checkout and in the salad area. I grab my plate of salad and throw it in the trash as if it weren't one. Turn off I am so sorry for coming to vote my money in this place. With this disgusting people working
