This is Not the Chuck E Cheese I remember from back in the day... This location must be ran by someone else because they rules suck!!! How do you get my food order wrong that I waited over 30 minutes for then turn around and throw the food away because it's so called policy... Well I hope this location gets put out of business by the end of this year.. It was halfway empty in there anyways

I visited the Chuck E. Cheese on Bell Road in Antioch with my family of 5. While checking in using my membership, I accidentally dropped one of our cards. I told the manager, Jordan, that we needed one more card, and he said there was nothing he could do and to “make them share.”
When I explained I’ve never had this issue before, he became rude, stormed off, slammed a door, and never came back. Extremely unprofessional behavior—especially at a family-friendly location. I’ve submitted a complaint to corporate.

We celebrated my son's 8th birthday here. We had an awesome time. Everything was perfect and my son said it was "The Best Birthday Party Ever!" The food, games, and birthday celebration was second to none. Also, Jamia was phenomenal. She was all over the place. She helped with getting us in, ordering, helped the Chuck E Chz show, and I even saw here training someone to cook through the kitchen window. Giver her a raise!!! She made our party awesome!!!
I surely recommend and give 5/5 stars!

We come from the Northwest side to the Chuckie Cheese in Antioch because my grandsons as well myself & their mother really enjoy this one the best!

I thought it was a place to have fun but the staff that serves you is a disgusting bunch of poorly managed people. As if someone is coming to ask them🤬 I recommend to the owners that they fire those who serve at the checkout and in the salad area. I grab my plate of salad and throw it in the trash as if it weren't one. Turn off I am so sorry for coming to vote my money in this place. With this disgusting people working

Rough location. Workers will make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them for being there. So uncomfortable to ask for anything. We also live close to another Chuck E. Cheese in Mt. Juliet and it's night and day the differences between these 2 locations. Pizza isn't bad but salad bar is a little rough at times compared to other locations. The same games not working for weeks on end.

The 2 girls at the front desk closing were hateful and acted like I was inconveniencing them by speaking to them, they were severely lacking in customer service skills on the night of 7/28 around 8pm...which is sad bc customer service just seems to be declining everywhere...people used to be friendly and grateful for having a job now they just act like their being imposed upon by being spoke to and their sense of entitlement ugh smh pls help them, they need better communication skills at the very least ..Antioch location/Hickory Hollow area
