Amazing staff at this location! We came in for my son’s birthday party on the 10th. None of the people we invited showed up. Thankfully my son didn’t notice but the staff did. They went out of their way to make his birthday extra special. The person in the costume deserves a raise in my opinion too. Chuck E spent extra time with my son trying to put a smile on his face and eventually did. And he noticed my son was overstimulated and used methods that are typically used with children on the spectrum. I don’t know if the character had an education in child development or worked with children on the spectrum but that was truly great to see. Thank you to everyone who was there. I know the other family that had a party next to us may not see this but if they do, thank you to yall as well for including us in your celebrations. This whole experience restored my faith in humanity :) we will definitely be coming back

We attended a birthday party there. It's really fun for the kids, but I didn't love sharing the party room with 3 other groups. It was so confusing. Also, if you're going with multiple kids, I recommend taking an extra adult or 2 because it's so hard to keep track of them in here

Please bring animatronics back! Its so much with them instead of big screens and its honestly what people know chuck e cheese for! Maybe a modern style chuck e and his friends it would be perfect and unique
The staff was great. The wings and pizza were delicious. Straws should be in a wrapper.. The kids loved playing the games.

Very rude blonde hair guy works there my when I was playing certain games an checked my play points there was like 17 gone from playing one game an I was there for only 5 minutes an then 30 minutes later I had the same issue an I was basically called a liar an my play points wasnt replaced

NO KID CHECKS DONE. Recently visited twice and no hand stamps for kid checks entering. Games are good. Sticky floors. Womens restroom had a broken toilet seat and missing toilet paper. Guess its not checked much.
