As a millennial Mom, who vividly remembers going to many different Chuck e cheeses ((in multiple states)) growing up , I was underwhelmed & disappointed for the group toddlers and kindergarteners we brought to this location for the first time. I remember there being more active interactions and play structures to play in/climb in.... it's basically now just a digital arcade. Also, I was bummed for the kids bc they no longer give physical tickets per points won at each...
My daughter had her bday party there this past Saturday. It was great. The service and the workers are all amazing and our party host was fantastic. Practicality perfect. The food was what you would expect from the average Chuck E Cheese. The atmosphere was like a kids arcade, but a little cleaner. They don't have any creepy animatronics or gross ball pits. Which is nice, although I was a bit disappointed. 5 stars.
Pattie, who I believe was the manager (?), was so helpful when my kid lost his fully loaded card. Grateful for her kindness and help today.The place otherwise was clean and well maintained.
