After at least 2 other tables got their food and they came in wayyyy after we did, we were getting disturbed about it. Couldn't find our waiter for a while after that and then he shows up with the excuse of they LOST our order! Then it came out in stages! The waiter did say when he was going to bring out our ticket that the Mgr was going to adjust it for our inconvenience. He only took half off!! We waited over an hour after we ordered!! Should have been a bigger adjustment than just half off!! Not a very good experience and not likely to go back because of this. This was a Monday night which is usually slow for restaurants!

Food and service great. Women's restroom a mess, paper on floor, no paper towels, trash over flowing. Clean restroom is a direct relation with clean food.

We had the big as your face burrito. It was very tasty. I had the yex-mex sauce. At first I was not sure about the salsa looked light red in color. But it tasted great. It had a little kick. The servicer was very responsive.

This review is only about Greg I believe the manager. Dude went out of his way to help us with our online ordering issue. Someone give Greg a raise.

This place is filthy. Sticky floors. Only two customers at the bar but the bar has dried food on it and crumbs. It's sticky. Who wants to eat in a place with sticky floors, nasty counters and tables that have not been wiped down. I tried to set three different places, and each place was just as disgusting as the previous one. Bartender never acknowledged me. He kept talking to his two customers that were there. A simple wave or I'll be with you in a moment is all it takes. So I went around to the other side of the bar he still never said anything never asked me if I needed any help, needed a drink needed or needed the area cleaned off so I could sit. HARD PASS! FIND SOMENPLACE ELSE. YHIS PLACE OS VISIBLY NOT CLEAN and apparently doesn't need any business. It's 3pm and they aren't busy so no excuse.

Chicken fajitas were fine. Typical of other Chuy’s, that I have eaten at.

Service was poor. Hostess who seated us, was borderline rude. Upon seating, we found the table dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned and it was the absolute minimal effort. In addition, one of the empty plates brought to our table was dirty.

Definitely would not return to this Chuy’s.

Hostess was borderline rude. Table was dirty. Chicken fajitas were pretty good. Their green sauce is excellent.

I go to this Chuy's with my family very often, we love it here! All of the food items are great, especially the comida deluxe which is also good value for what you get. My partner loves the flautas, they made sure I put it in this review so nobody misses out haha.
The service and waiters are top star, and the atmosphere is wonderful! There's a reason we keep coming back and it's not just because of the food. Highly recommended you try it!

We travelled from DC to Nashville just to go. We were looking for new places to try and couldn’t remember if we had been to Chuy’s but after we sat down we remembered we went to the one in Springfield, Virginia.

Upon arrival, (Sunday, 10/26/25 at approximately 2 or 3p) there was a girl at the host stand (I tried to look at her name tag). I THINK it was Alicia, however, Alicia didn’t speak or acknowledge us AT ALL. She didn’t say a word. She stood there shuffling through whatever she was doing, and then another woman walked up a few moments later, asked us how can she help us (Alicia walked off) and she took us to get our seats.

When we got to our seats, they was refried beans and some other stuff splattered on the seat. Since the one who seated us had already walked off I went back to the host stand to let the girl know who sat us down and she said OK give me a minute and then she proceeded to go see someone else. A guy was at the front that I believe was the manager and he quickly came and cleaned it up. Our waiter came and he bought our chips and salsa. I immediately saw something sticking out of the salsa (not sure how he missed it), but I couldn’t be too sure what it was until I got a closer look. Once I looked, I discovered it was one of those twisty tie things with that thin wire that comes on a loaf of bread to close it (picture attached). I saw who I believe was the manager again, and I quickly notified him and he came and he got it. He apologized and he bought us some fresh salsa. I didn’t like the way the salsa looked anyway, even without the twisty thing sticking out of it, so I didn’t eat any. He then bought us some queso for the inconvenience.

Although already turned off by the place because of “Alicia”, the beans and the salsa mishap I decided to stick it out. The queso was actually really good. We ordered the flautas and the shrimp Baja tacos. The flautas were ok so no complaints there and the shrimp tacos had a nice flavor but the presentation sucked. We both ordered frozen margaritas that gave no kind of buzz but they were really good.

I then asked for silverware (I usually ask for plastics but just said forget it). The waiter bought them and when I took them out the paper sleeve (that read “this silverware has been sanitized for your protection” might I add) that they came in, that too was a turn off. I then asked for plastics (as I should have to begin with) because the silverware wasn’t too clean the waiter chuckled a little (not in a rude way but as if “sheesh they can’t catch a break” kinda way) and he bought us plastics. The manager and the waiter were polite, the experience not the best.
