Our experience here was nothing short of awesome. We had a group of 16 and they made it happen. Everyone was polite and our server was amazing! Food was also fantastic. We do not live in the Nashville area, but if we come back through we will definitely go back.

Best Mexican food this side of the Mississippi River. Lived in Texas and Arizona and this is authentic. The hatch green chile sauce over enchiladas is consistently excellent. I prefer the Chili con queso over “cheese dip.” Great flavor.

IMO, Chuy's is the best Mexican Restaurant chain (excluding Papacitas - different price range). The chips are thin, light, and crispy. Love the chicken quesadillas!

Came here for an early dinner during a time that was not super busy. I ordered the chuychanga and when it came out it was burnt to a crisp. The outside was dark and when I cut into it I noticed the cheese had caramelized and the chicken looked burnt. I had the dish sent back and re-made and my husband was done eating by the time my corrected food arrived. It was made correctly the second time. I don’t remember our waiter’s name but he was very kind and understanding.
First time being at this location and love the decorations n food. Our waitress Zoe is awesome. I am sure it's very busy on the weekend but nice on a Tuesday.

Sunday lunch here is often a disaster - understaffed and not realistic on wait time. On 3 separate occasions on Sunday, we've been told a wait of 15-20 minutes, only to give up after waiting 45 minutes for a tablesl. Other days/times, they're generally good.
