Limited selection on the buffet, and a little crowded. The food offered was warm and enjoyable. At around $10 per person, it's a good deal. Hopefully its not always this crowded.
It has the halo fireteam game that you link with your Xbox account. Oh and the foods awesome as well! 9 bucks for all you can eat lunch buffet?!?! 11 bucks with a soda!?! Oh yeah.....

They are trifling. We came and my mom said they had bugs but I still wanted it . When we got there in like the first 7 minutes we seen a roach going up and down the walls then it got on my plate . When my mom told the manager he picked it up with his bare hands and laughed at it to me . Then instead of washing his hands he digged in his nose and still didn’t was his hands after . I will never and I mean never come to this place again . They are horrible and I suggest you don’t come . And this is how you know they are dirty because I’m a 13 y/o boy who is typing this I have a video of the roach too.
The pizza was fresh and hot. But I would advise no one to eat here unless you like eating with bugs. Also the manager was on the floor blowing his nose with a paper towel and after he finished he proceeded to go to the counter and put his hands on the counter and picked up a pizza rack without washing his hands. Once I asked for the manager and he came and I showed him the roach he then grabbed the roach with his bare hands and laughed. Don’t come here they got bugs crawling on the wall on the table and into your plate!!!! RUN

The whole place was horrible was charged 3 times as an adult.. had to wait 30min for food … tried to get a refund and she wouldn’t give it… I ate one pizza that they just took out and it tasted horrible 0/10 for this location

Me and my family will always love Cicis pizza. It's just a wonderful place, and we love that you get to get as much as you want, and you can request a pizza of your own, and for them to make a certain pizza to put out on the bar area. Plenty for the kids to do. Play room in the back. Get tokens up Front to play games.
Haven't been to CiCis years. Definitely won't be back. The buffet was not stocked, the lobby was full on a Sunday afternoon. They weren't even cooking pizza to try to keep up with the crowd. Just standing there wiping down the counter. I asked her to make cheese bread multiple times and she didn't. No desserts were out. The only thing stocked was the pasta bar... no one wants that.

This was the best CiCi's Pizza that I have ever eat at. It was my momma's 90th birthday and we traveled to Nashville to celebrate for a few days. Food was wonderful service wonderful as well.
