CiCi's was phenomenal handling our two busloads of students yesterday at lunchtime. They had pizza prepared ahead of time and our students were able to move through the line quickly. The manager was so nice and they were able to wait on our students as well as other customers. Everything was delicious!

I just moved here from Texas and Cici was everywhere! I love this place! The food was what you’d expect. I love their Bavarian pie. But when I was pulling out, somebody rear ended me hard. I had my baby in the car. Stay out of Nashville if you can! Not a safe place to be.
The atmosphere here is amazing ! The food was fresh and ready for us ! And the employees were so kind to me and my daughter. We will definitely be coming here more often !

One of the employees was acting very inappropriate during my visit. He was openly flirting with my girlfriend and making it obvious that he was looking her up and down the entire time we were there. On top of that, our server was extremely slow, and it seemed like most of the employees either didn’t want to be there or didn’t make any effort to help us. We had issues when trying to order pizzas and even just requesting refills on menu items.
Not only was my girlfriend made to feel uncomfortable and sexualized, but the overall dining experience was terrible. This was by far the worst Cicis Pizza I’ve ever been to, and it’s unacceptable for employees to treat customers like this.

This Cicis is great! I have been coming to this location since I was a child. Nostalgia and memory lane, it lives up to my best memories of cinnamon rolls and all you can eat salad, pizza, and pasta.
