I usually don’t write reviews like it quite embarrassing I’m even writing this, but I felt I had to share my experience today. The cashier, a young black man, had a very poor attitude. I get that working at Cinnabon in the mall isn’t the most glamorous job, but customer service still matters.
I ordered two regular vanilla cold brews and a bun. He gave me a small instead and tried to tell me that’s what I ordered, even though my receipt clearly showed I paid for a regular. When I showed him, he got an attitude and poured the drink into a regular cup with way too much ice.
Then, when I got the drink, it was the wrong flavor. I had asked for vanilla, but he gave me something else. Thankfully, a kind lady who was working there stepped in and remade my drink correctly. She was polite, professional, and seemed like the kind of person who gives great service no matter what’s going on in her personal life.
I don’t know if the cashier was having a bad day or what, but he really needs to work on his attitude. Like I literally tip a couple dollars and some change for what- bad service. He really embarrassed himself with his lack of care it showed in his attitude and mindset, which came across as pretty pathetic. The woman who helped me deserves a raise she turned the experience around and represented Cinnabon perfectly.
At the end of the day, it all comes down to mindset. No matter what kind of job you have, caring about the work you do and the people you serve makes a difference. A positive attitude can turn even the simplest task into something meaningful and customers can always feel when someone takes pride in their work, be grateful for the job you have and customer who pay to keep having a job. Whether you’re serving coffee, baking cinnamon rolls, or running a business, effort and respect go a long way.
Note: You never know who you’re serving no matter what they’re wearing or how they look, you just never know because you could be serving

When I tell you cause I had the best experience at a cinnamon bun store ever in history, lol the employees were so pleasant and respectful. I had so many questions and walked away with so many items afterwards, lol I was very impressed with the way that the manager and her employee had a line full of people, but was still able to direct me to what I should purchase without having an attitude or looking irritated 🥰 I give this place 10 stars, and I will definitely be coming back to enjoy another experience from these guys🥳🥳🥳🥳

The man with the ponytail was incredibly rude. I was ordering with a group of friends and any time he had to make another drink he rolled his eyes and made remarks. Other employees tried to take over for him since he was throwing a temper tantrum about doing his job but he yelled “NO I HAVE IT” clearly not. Proceed to glare at us when we left the mall hours later

If I could give 0 star for the service I would. The girl that took my order (with the braids) was very unprofessional.She had an attitude from the beginning for who knows what.Crazy part is ,shes taking orders with headphones in both her ears....Where they do that at. Must have not been a manager on site because she should be fired on SITE!

TikTok said they would give me a birthday cold brew and Cinnabon for the birthday price of $0.
The lie detector test ruled that......that was actually lie.
I turned 40 and everything and there was no birthday Cinnabon love.
It's totally in a different spot at the mall, 20 years ago, it wasn't so difficult to find. It isn't in the food court. That's for sure.
And I'm 40 and still not holding a Cinnabon cold brew and little twisty dough balls sugared to perfection. Alas, I will recover from this loss. A cold brew would help tho.
Not sure if the coffee is good. I'll let you know when I know. Cinnabon continues to slay tho. No other breakfast treat will ever compare.
They were charging me individual price for the minibon even though I ordered the pack. All because I asked for them warmer. Saying they are priced differently for it being warmed up.
What a bad service, I understand that they are exhausted and that working with the public is not easy at all but if you don't like your job you can quit so as not to make the clients feel bad who are going to have a pleasant and different time! The only positive is the food, which is truly incredible, but the service lowers its score!
