If I could give 0 star for the service I would. The girl that took my order (with the braids) was very unprofessional.She had an attitude from the beginning for who knows what.Crazy part is ,shes taking orders with headphones in both her ears....Where they do that at. Must have not been a manager on site because she should be fired on SITE!

TikTok said they would give me a birthday cold brew and Cinnabon for the birthday price of $0.
The lie detector test ruled that......that was actually lie.
I turned 40 and everything and there was no birthday Cinnabon love.
It's totally in a different spot at the mall, 20 years ago, it wasn't so difficult to find. It isn't in the food court. That's for sure.
And I'm 40 and still not holding a Cinnabon cold brew and little twisty dough balls sugared to perfection. Alas, I will recover from this loss. A cold brew would help tho.
Not sure if the coffee is good. I'll let you know when I know. Cinnabon continues to slay tho. No other breakfast treat will ever compare.

They were charging me individual price for the minibon even though I ordered the pack. All because I asked for them warmer. Saying they are priced differently for it being warmed up.
What a bad service, I understand that they are exhausted and that working with the public is not easy at all but if you don't like your job you can quit so as not to make the clients feel bad who are going to have a pleasant and different time! The only positive is the food, which is truly incredible, but the service lowers its score!

What's not to like, I've never heard anything bad about cinnabon cinnamon rolls. The only thing I wish was different, is that I wish there was a closer location to where I live.

So disappointed. First I had to wait several minutes to be waited on. I was the only customer at the time. One employee making cinnamon rolls, the manager talking to someone about how she can't find good employees. I asked if I could get half hot chocolate and half coffee, they said they couldn't do it. That was fine. I got plain coffee and they didn't have unflavored cream. I don't like French vanilla or Hazelnut. I said I wish I would have known before I bought the coffee. She told me that she kept having to throw it away. Simple solution, order less but whatever. The cinnamon roll was also cold. A very bad experience.

My 8 year old granddaughter is an extreamly picky eater. We stopped and got her one of the large cinnabons, this was the first time she had, had one. In her words it was epic. She ate it all.
