Darryl, the shift leader, wouldn't let my girlfriend choose the cinnamon roll that she wanted. He also proceeded with a nasty attitude!

So disappointed. First I had to wait several minutes to be waited on. I was the only customer at the time. One employee making cinnamon rolls, the manager talking to someone about how she can't find good employees. I asked if I could get half hot chocolate and half coffee, they said they couldn't do it. That was fine. I got plain coffee and they didn't have unflavored cream. I don't like French vanilla or Hazelnut. I said I wish I would have known before I bought the coffee. She told me that she kept having to throw it away. Simple solution, order less but whatever. The cinnamon roll was also cold. A very bad experience.

My 8 year old granddaughter is an extreamly picky eater. We stopped and got her one of the large cinnabons, this was the first time she had, had one. In her words it was epic. She ate it all.

Cinnabon at Opry Mills in Nashville is a great place to go for delicious and fresh treats and more. I really like the smell that they always have here and have been impressed with all of the purchases that I have made from here each time.

Wouldn't suggest going wait in line for 20 minutes just to be told could not buy product that was listed on menu even though the display rack was completely full with fresh rolls. When I asked why they said they did t have any ready and that if I wanted a 15.00 dollar 4 pack I would have to pay almost 6.00 dollars a piece for them ...I think not...BBB will be getting a complaint also.

Absolutely terrible. Terrible service. Terrible management. Bought a 4 pack. Yesterdays rolls. Dry and cold even after asking to have them warmed. Worst customer service. Save your time and money and just go buy a gas station roll.
