This is the most perfect pizza place we've ever been for the quality of the food as well as the atmosphere and service. Shout out to our server, Abby. We are from out of state and came just for the belly ham pizza. When it wasn't on the menu for Sunday I was so so disappointed. But Abby asked and got me one made! Service like I could not have expected! Thanks Abby!!

Hadn’t been to City House in a while. Our server was not friendly. Bummed that cheesy grits is no longer on the menu but the catfish was excellent. Menu was pretty limited. I was very disappointed when they didn’t even bring a complimentary dessert for my daughter’s birthday, when we had a large party and a hefty bill for dinners and drinks.

Hannah and Liam made our night truly exceptional. The food recommendations were on point. Would definitely come back next time I am in town. Thank you

We had the Frico appetizer, mushroom pizza, the crepes, and two desserts- the lemon cake and the bourbon tiramisu. All fabulous! Service was great! Haven't been in a while but will definitely go back soon.

What a hidden gem! The staff truly made the night wonderful, each person we interacted with was full of personality and super helpful. Frico, lettuce salad, cavatelli and catfish were all divine, as was the drinks list (cocktails, mocktails and wine). The belly ham pizza which they're known for was also great, but as we had it after everything else, we felt it lacked flavor - I think this was purely because all the other dishes were so punchy and we finished with it! I'm not exaggerating when I say they have the best desserts I've ever had. I find most desserts too sugar heavy and lacking in flavor, theirs were perfectly balanced. I have no words for how phenomenal the cannoli cheesecake and lemon cake? (I've forgotten what it was exactly) was. Make sure you save room! Will definitely be a regular here!

Great waitress Abbey made the experience exceptional. Ditto for service and menu. We had a very pleasant time, and will certainly come back.

Always a great dining experience!! The staff is amazing, the food is eclectic, fresh and different. Sunday night suppers are a fun food experience. The fact that Nashville chefs come here to eat.. should sum it up!

Excellent as always! The butternut squash risotto was insanely good, and the pizzas are always great

The crust made me question all the pizza I have had up to that point. Excellent

Loved the chicken and olives with crackers app. Nice wines too. Super great service, fast and such a sweet gal! It was loud in the main dining room but most people weren't bothered by it. Would definitely go back and recommend it.

5 stars every time for the Belly Ham pizza with the egg on top and dessert. I'm not even a dessert person but I am always tempted. Solid experience every time.

City House is a joy filled space of comfort, and comfort food. Easy and charming no stuffiness but excellent food. Rock on Tandy and crew

The pizza was amazing. Thin crust, chewy, and delicious. One pizza will feed 1-2 people. The building has old home charm with high ceilings and original foundations. I was able to get reservations on line without a varification email. I received an error when putting in my reservation and needed to call/leave a message to confirm that we indeed had a reservation (must have been a glitch). The environment was loud so it made it difficult to converse even at a table for 4. Chairs were metal and cold so wear pants or bring a jacket to sit on. Overall very nice and if I were to go back I would request sitting in the small room off of the patio in hopes that that would be a quieter environment.
