friend and i ordered a chai latte and passion tea lemonade, got the chai and it didn’t taste right so i asked her if it was regular 2% milk and the woman told me the chais were always made with oat milk. she got a little rude about it when i told her i couldn’t have oat milk and said they have always been made with oat milk, i know this isn’t right as i literally work at a starbucks. she was just rude and ruined experience.
It’s fine. But the service is not great and the food is just ok. Pass if you can and just go

I honestly don't know what the hype is for Starbucks coffee. I'm only reviewing the coffee, none of the fancy drinks. After all these years, the coffee still has a bitter after taste. So many local coffee shops and other brands like Dazbog, Pete's, Caribou, and others yet Starbucks has a near monopoly in all the resorts, including Gaylord and Hiltons. That's because they are so big they can undercut the smaller guys in their bids. Well, in any event, when at these resorts or hotels, looks like I'm stuck with this inferior tasting coffee.
Not a Starbucks. Ordered coffee and got that in 5 mins as requested. 20 mins later got an egg and cheese bagel after ordering the egg and cheese English mufflin and a blueberry muffin instead of the blueberry scone ordered. And got snotty attitude from the server asking who took the order - She did! Incompetence.

Overpriced $5.75 for a venti regular starbucks plus 9.25% sales tax = $6.28 for a large cup of coffee on 6/29/2024.

I'm very picky when it comes to my coffee. They are A+ in my book. The fruit was fresh and despite how swamped they were with customers the employees were very friendly.

cappucino was 1/3 foam thus 16oz was not. iced mocha had to ask for more milk as chocolate was to thick. pink drink needed more coconut milk to tame down the overly sweet taste now to watery. Coconut water with hint of strawberry. Suggest going eleswhere for coffee stop.
Be aware they close at 1 PM on a Friday and if you walk up at 1:03 they will turn you away
Good place to stop for a coffee or treat to relax.
