“It’s inside a former gas station, so when you pass by you may not even know you did! The staff was very friendly. My husband ordered bandeja paisa and I got the Colombian fried rice which had all different types of Colombian meats, including Colombian sausage and chicarron. Our son, who is almost one, also enjoyed his steak and fried plantain. There is plenty of parking and there’s a ton on the menu! Definitely recommend Mi Colombia Restaurant Nashville“

“My son is usually somewhat of a picky eater. He hardly ever tries new foods on a whim but was very interested in trying the carne beef empanadas when he saw them! I was so excited to see him branch out and seek something different than what he would typically choose. When he received his empanadas they smelled heavenly, they were so hot and fresh, crisp on the outside yet still a light flakiness on the inside. The meat and cheese were so stretchy and delicious! We were both in awe of how flavorful they were, and the sauce on the side elevated it perfectly! We came home and have since told everyone about them! We will definitely be seeking your truck for future pop ups! You all were amazing tonight!! Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!“
