We were in Nashville at Adele’s restaurant over the Thanksgiving holiday and had experienced the delicious sweets.We live in Florida and decided to order a few packages as Christmas gifts. The package somehow had been lost. Long story short after corresponding with Kyle, they had replaced the missing package. We received the sweets. We and our family will enjoy them. I have also found the Colts customer service goes above and beyond to keep their customers satisfied. I pick up some chocolates there every time I go to Nashville!

My wife and I did a tour, which was during the working hours. The tour was really done well, waking us through how each station worked. It’s amazing to realize that probably a dozen people were involved in making that one piece of chocolate you are eating. It smells amazing & tastes like Colts chocolate. I recommend doing the tour during their normal operations.

We booked a tour of Colt’s Chocolates on a recent trip to Nashville. We discovered Colt’s Bolts at our local Whole Foods in Texas a while back, and happy for the opportunity to check it out in person. We thoroughly enjoyed getting see all the equipment and the process that goes into getting those tasty treats to our local store - I think knowing all that makes them taste even better. We brought some extra goodies home from the shop. Call out to Abby for suggesting Rover to us to find help with our dog while we were in town - that worked out perfectly! Abby was our tour guide, she was amazing and gave us a great experience.
