No respect from bartender (Dillard) if not mistaken 7/19/25. As I sat at bar waiting on service he stood talking to a friend that only stop by to chat with him. He gave me eye contact and continued to talk. When he finish he just walk by me and went to other end of bar standing. So I got up asked him can I get a menu and some service. He told me that was his friend and I told him I was a customer waiting on service. So after I got a beer he never came to ask me for my food order. He continued to walk by without asking did I need anything so I never got a chance to order food. So I ask for my check and left. Have no plans of returning back to Commons. Bartender suck 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 have NO courtesy ✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾

Thank you for calling the night before Mother's Day to tell us you made a mistake and were canceling our reservation. It's wonderful to be left with no options to celebrate a Mom vs you figuring out how to make things work.

Since we were staying at this hotel for Valentine’s Day we dropped down to the bar - Commons Club - for a couple of drinks. Despite being booked into the hotel - and paying $47 for two drinks (pre-tip) we were told we had to take our drinks outside the bar and into the lobby unless we had bar reservations. What? What kind of hotel charges $370 for a room (that’s a $263 room rate + $107 in fees and taxes) and doesn’t reserve a set of seats for their guests in the bar? Why not make some room for your guests, if even just a few seats? This was an expensive disappointment and shortsighted on the part of the Commons Club.

My wife and I went for the Thanksgiving Prefix Meal, which cost $170 before all the fees, this was a $20 meal at best. ALL the food was lukewarm warm, the ham was so salty even my dog wouldn’t eat it. Overall maybe a $40 meal for the two of us. The bar did have good drinks and a friendly bar tender. The waiter never came back to fill our waters, overall for the price it was terribly disappointing.

Sat outside - a bit more casual - and enjoyed the live entertainment. Inside looked more upscale. Service was great and the food fantastic. Flatbreads were delicious as was the fried chicken.
We had a table of 6 for dinner. Every food selection was amazing! Mike was our server and we had a great time with him! We truly enjoyed our evening and would highly recommend Commons Club for the food, atmosphere and their staff!
A spot my wife and I walk to often. Has a fantastic happy hour along with some great high quality food and drinks. The outdoor patio is awesome, they have live music on the weekends. Not usually too busy. Service is A+ too!

Made a Saturday brunch reservation (although it wasn't necessary). Nice decor. Decent band.

The food was excellent, with well-seasoned dishes and perfectly-sized servings that were great for sharing. The atmosphere was fantastic. JD, our server, was attentive, informative, and pleasant. I highly recommend visiting this place if you're in Nashville.

The bone-in ribeye (cooked perfectly to med-rare) with truffle fries and Mac & cheese, and the salmon with season vegetables and fresh spring salad, were both terrific! The strawberry rhubarb pie a la mode was incredible! Service was great! Highly recommend!

I love this place for so many reasons; Frank is the biggest reason! The food is always great as well as the service and the ambiance is very high-end which I love.

Loved that they had live music but hated that it had to compete with the indoor piped in music. Food was pretty basic—little bit better than dinosaur chicken nuggets but nothing outstanding.
The lobster spaghetti had no taste, my friend wedge salad was horrible. I ordered the old fashion it was too sweet I requested another with different bourbon he said the first was a pre mixed version. It took forever to get our food. Johnathon who waited on us tried his best to accommodate us but I think he was overwhelmed. We finished and went upstairs to rooftop. It was nice dj was great. Had a drink much better. Overall the atmosphere and ambiance was nice but service and food. Needed help.
We were staying here and with our stay we were given money for breakfast at Commons Club. The setting is pretty cool, the food was just OK. Wife had chicken and waffles and the chicken was more fried than chicken and the waffle really seemed like it was just frozen and then toasted. I got the drop biscuits and gravy and the chorizo burrito. The burrito was great, loved it. The biscuits and gravy were not so much. They were not "drop biscuits", they were clearly from a muffin pan...and they looked over baked. I would be willing to go back though - give it a try!
