Went 2/2/25 at 11:45 was met at the window male with long hair and was meet with zero greeting zero anything honestly. Not. Hello or anything, honestly would’ve accepted nothing honesty till I had one request and that was simply asking for cookout sauce He completely ignored me whenever I asked for one simple thing, and that was a sauce. I was then completely ignored, he then slammed the window in my face and then had to sit there and then ask for it promptly again. As I was leaving, I could feel the attitude coming off as employees face. I don’t know who he is, but he should not be running register. I’ve been working in retail my whole entire life, and I’ve absolutely never been met with someone so rude. Have a good day one

This was tje worst experience of today! We came to Nashville for a track meet. The cashier got my order wrong and in stead of correcting it she said I didn’t pay for what I ordered. I don’t control the ticket or what’s charged. I just paid and trusted that my order was correct. The manager and the lady at the register both said she didn’t charge you, instead of fixing the issue for the customer. So I don’t eat. We had to be back for the meet and waiting would have made my son late so avoid this place. It’s ridiculous they blamed me for the cashiers issues and walked away as of if I was wrong. I understand mistake but not correcting it is unacceptable.
Vegetarian options: There are no options and any modifications will not be properly taken and you will be blamed as the customer.

Can’t beat the prices. It the perfect on way home from work late night meals. We always grab a few of the wraps, some fries and milkshakes. All so good!
The food is amazing and so are the shakes. Definitely recommend to give them a try if you never try them before

Excellent EXCELLENT service. We came here with our family of 6 and WE messed up handing out our orders to our kids not realizing it. We thought the restaurant messed up on the order so I gave one order back to switch out. Anyway big mess but the employees were so nice and understanding and helped us get everything right and I can say I have never been somewhere where they truly cared and this place did. Very thankful
My Spouse moved to AR from NC and has been raving about Cookout and complaining that we don’t have any in Arkansas. I’m now complaining that we don’t have one in Arkansas, because we stopped by two in Tennessee on a road trip and it was all so good for such great prices? The burger tasted like what Burger King wishes they were and the nuggets and fries were hot and fresh! 10000/10 please come to Arkansas

Great food and it's right in the middle of downtown Nashville I mean you just can't beat that...
I haven't been inside yet but the drive thru service has been nice in my opinion. Doesn't take too long even when the line is long I've still been able to get the food I order in under about ..12 minutes specifically whenever there's a long line. When there's no line I usually get my food no longer then about...15 seconds.. but depending on how much food and drinks are ordered though. So far there service here is good to go..as far as the drive thru service at least.
