Excellent EXCELLENT service. We came here with our family of 6 and WE messed up handing out our orders to our kids not realizing it. We thought the restaurant messed up on the order so I gave one order back to switch out. Anyway big mess but the employees were so nice and understanding and helped us get everything right and I can say I have never been somewhere where they truly cared and this place did. Very thankful
My Spouse moved to AR from NC and has been raving about Cookout and complaining that we don’t have any in Arkansas. I’m now complaining that we don’t have one in Arkansas, because we stopped by two in Tennessee on a road trip and it was all so good for such great prices? The burger tasted like what Burger King wishes they were and the nuggets and fries were hot and fresh! 10000/10 please come to Arkansas
I haven't been inside yet but the drive thru service has been nice in my opinion. Doesn't take too long even when the line is long I've still been able to get the food I order in under about ..12 minutes specifically whenever there's a long line. When there's no line I usually get my food no longer then about...15 seconds.. but depending on how much food and drinks are ordered though. So far there service here is good to go..as far as the drive thru service...
