The staff here are actually vampires, but hey, they get their jobs done amazingly well so why would we complain about a little blood loss? All jokes aside, considering the night staff are back in each morning after what must be a two hour nap at most, this place turns around food and tables quickly.
If I were the owner, I'd strongly advise to reassess the corporate business model to help ease your staff out. I would happily pay you another $3+ per tray...

Food is always awesome and very reasonably priced. Plus since the pandemic they're the only place that has late hours anymore. All the other places seem to think it's okay to close at 10:00 like the rest of the world stops then.
