I am a 72 year old man. I received my food it was cold. I asked for it to be heated. The manager asked to talk to me she was extremely angry and took my food. I waited 10 minutes and she threw my food on the counter. I picked it up and was glad she had given me anew hotdog. I took a bite and it was cold. I spit it out and saw it had been spit on. I left immediately before I did something I would regret.

The drive thru workers rarely speak English. And when they do, they tell you your card is declined after running it. Then they ask for a different card and run that. Later on you see that you were charged twice. Seems crazy that management would allow this.

I eat here almost every day. And I never say anything, but when I order eight or nine items and ask for some mustard to go with it, I need more than two packs. You guys do it every single time I’m there you used to have the sauces in the lobby For some ridiculous reason you remove them if you’re gonna hide the sauces at least give me enough packs to use with my food.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and when I reached my destination and removed it from the bag, I noticed it was super light. When I lifted the bun there was nothing but a small, red ish brown colored, piece of crispy crap. I knew then they had given me spicy even though I ordered regular. I peeled the little bit of spicy crap off, and saw the tiniest chicken I’d ever seen. It was literally as thin as a piece of deli meat and I am pissed, because this is NOT What I paid for nor waited in line all of that time for. The bun was dry as hell too. Looks like they attempted to use mayo but missed. What you see in the pic is ranch that I added, to try and choke down this dry, Brillo pad of a sandwich after trick or treating to find the meat. This is absolutely ridiculous. I know whoever made that sandwich saw how this piece looked before deciding to continue, and hand it out the window to a customer. I was too far away to take it back, and glad I was because it wouldn’t have gone well. Gallatin Rd Cook Out East, Do better. TRASH!
