I've only ever been to the drive up window at Cook Out, so cannot speak to the cleanliness of the dining area. BUT... The burgers are tasty, the fries are perfect addition to the meal topped of by a Hershey's Chocolate shake that is SOOO thick, it's easier to enjoy with a spoon. Prices are fair. And for our Saturday afternoon drive home, it's a welcome meal!!!!

It's pretty rare to have such friendly and happy service, so I need to give a huge shout out to Ronnie. Sounds like this Cook Out is short staffed like so many places today, way to hold it down with a smile, Ronnie. Someone give that kid a raise!

Love this place. Best milkshakes ever! Definitely my #1 fav fast food place! Y'all have to try the strawberry banana berry peach pineapple shake!! Omg melt in ur mouth lol literally!!
