The bartender, a lady with piercings in her face that worked April 19th 2024 like 10:00pm til close overcharge my debit card even after I tipped her! I literally had bought the last Corona they had that night and had to go buy I made sure to close out my tab and tip her $5 for a $7 bill .. I check my transaction on my bank account and it says that she charge me $10... I will NEVER suggest anyone subject themselves to some of the scammers that work there! ???

I live across the street from Copacabana and frequent it a couple of times a month. They have great drink prices and surprisingly good food for a bar, especially the wings and quesadillas. There are darts and a couple of pool tables, along with karaoke on the weekends.The staff is also super friendly, and the clientele primarily consists of local Nashville folks, offering a refreshing alternative to the downtown tourist scene.

I've recently visit my friend's local neighborhood bar, Copa. During this visit I was on FaceTime with her while this incident was on going. Conversing with witnesses of that night. She was at the bar She had recently encountered an incident with a man pushing here to the ground for no reason. She was on the phone distraught and upset to how a man who push a woman onto the ground. The bouncer and owner were notified and as a result the man and his gf were banned. The man and his gf were complete in the wrong and a poison to the atmosphere. Yet the bouncer and owner continue to let them into the establishment while my friend was there. Making her feel unsafe, unheard, and uncomfortable. She enjoys the nights of karaoke but now she can't support an establishment who intentionally continues to put women and especially black women in compromising situations. I wanted to give an honest review the food is good and the service isn't bad either but the way the owner and bouncer do not uphold there word in protecting the community as business owners is disgusting. Handle your business with respect and care for others next time. Thank you.
