Pretty good food, avocado toast was a little salty but I enjoyed my meal.

Went in search of their pizzas. After ordering and paying, we were told that only 12' were available. Ok. The pizza is put in what looks like a beeping pizza microwave. I should have done my research, as I prefer wood-fired or even oven pizzas. We asked the lady who brought us the pizza to please bring red pepper packets. She comes back with black pepper. Um... ok Then she returned with a jar of red pepper and wanted to control the sprinkling of red pepper on our pizzas. I asked her if I could do this myself. When she talked to us while we were sprinkling the red pepper from the one jar in the restaurant, she scratched her hair with the gloves she used to cook. Yuck. The cookies are over $2 for something that should only cost 50 cents at the most. Pizza was not bad, but for the price and the service, I know there are many other options. This is my second time at copper branch. I like that there is a vegan option downtown! I ordered the Asian fusion bowl. It was tasty but it could have used so much more flavor. I found myself wishing for more sauce. I was grateful for the kemchi. I will return and
try another sandwich for lunch.

The food was great, glad it was a totally vegan restaurant
Stopped in here looking for a vegan breakfast. Place delivered nicely. It was empty on a Friday morning for breakfast. A bit pricy however and portions are small, I ended up getting two sandwiches/wraps - one English muffin with tempeh and just egg and another just egg wrap pictured here. Recommended.
My friend got the General Copper Bowl (General Tao, broccoli, fresh avocado, organic brown rice, sesame seeds, sriracha coleslaw, Copper Branch General Copper sauce (organic gluten-free tamari, red wine vinegar, fennel seeds, star anise, red pepper, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, olive oil, tomato, spices) he said it was pretty good . The bowl was $13ish dollars so once again, pricey for what you get. It had nice colours to it. :D
I recently visited this cozy vegan restaurant, and it was fantastic. The food is fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. You can tell they put a lot of care into every dish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is super friendly. Whether you're vegan or just looking for great food, this place is a must-try!
Staff was friendly and responsive. Arrived on a Sunday around 2pm and had live music. Food had real ingredients I was looking for. I had the aztec bowl. The dish was bland and needed some flavor. The asian sauce that comes with it was its savior. Also had a taste of the chili chz fries - the same, needed more flavor/seasoning. But the dining experience was great.
Superfood salad was amazing. Fresh and vibrant flavors.
The ultimate bagel was one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had.

Horrible experience! It took 30 minutes to receive our food... then they had the order wrong. After giving them multiple opportunities to get it right, I requested a refund. The girl didn't offer an apology only excuses. That's the short version of our experience. The silly "band" was so loud and chaotic that my granddaughter almost had a panic attack. Would not recommend this place. Period.

Definitely the worst vegan food I've ever had. Nothing is made fresh, everything is premade and heated up in an oven behind the counter where you order, like the sandwich heater at your local Starbucks. We were embarrassed as vegans to bring our friends and family here because now they have the impression that vegan food is terrible.

Was on our way to the Ryman Auditorium and only had a couple of minutes to grab 'n go. Ordered the Shitake Teryaki burger. Ready in a couple of minutes. Loved it.
This place was kind of a cluster.
The good: My wife got the aztec bowl & that was pretty good. And the baked fries that came with my burger were really good.
The bad: They served up a Cesar salad to our friend without any dressing, and had a hard time finding the dressing when asked for some. The Shitake Teriyaki burger was just a smear of mushroom, cabbage, and sauce on a bun and looked nothing like the picture on the menu.
The ugly: They tried to convince me that a whole wheat bun was gluten free. It took a few minutes, but they eventually checked the packaging from the buns and re-made the burger on a small GF bagle. They didn't actually have any GF buns despite it being on the menu, and it sounded like their cook didn't know what GF meant. This could result in someone with ceilac getting really sick from their food. I expect better from a restaurant like this.

They didn’t have the Nashville hot chicken or the hot wings and the chicken fingers were pretty plain with nothing on them. No ketchup with the fries. I had hoped for better
