When trying to place my coffee order, I asked Faith if the “iced coffee” was just coffee because it said 0 calories and proceeded to ask if they had iced lattes because they don’t have iced latte as an option on the menu. They have lattes under the hot beverages section but nowhere does it say you can get a hot drink iced. She rudely responded with “well do you want an iced coffee or an iced latte because those are two different drinks” I said I would like an iced latte but I don’t see it on the menu. She responded with “it’s right there on the menu” I said “no, there is an iced chai latte which is not the same thing” and I proceeded to order an apple and honey overnight oat entree. She ended up ringing me up for a berry & almond overnight oat entree. Instead of dealing with her attitude I just settled for the wrong order. I loved the food and the coffee but won’t be returning just because of the hostility. No reason to have an attitude with customers when you’re greeted with a “hey how are you doing”

Pancakes were crap, the place looked ordinary upon entry, but thought how can they f up pancakes, well McDonalds would have been better. Also it was a rip off, $31 USD for pancakes a yogurt and an OJ.

Closed at 3. Went in at 230. Sandwich wasn't anything remotely close to what's shown. No cheese. One small piece of ham. It was 80 percent bread. Then they turned half the lights off as we were eating. The only one nice was the young kid emptying the trash. Would not recommend

The staff by the music city center dis their best but on a Monday with a thousand+ attended show in town, they should have at least three more people on staff. Waited 12 minutes from walking in the door to order my food. Then after 15 minutes of not getting my order I asked where mine was and they did not have it. I am currently writing this while hungry and late to my call time in three minutes, because I am still waiting for my food thats doesnt exist. They just need more staff support.

Conveniently located. Similar to a Panara but the food is better. It gets crowded so seating is limited since it is a small restaurant. Seems a but understaffed, but they are doing their best. I would recommend for a quick breakfast or lunch as the food was delicious. I added pesto to the Bacon Avacado Egg bowl.

Stopped in for a bagel and coffee with the wife. Took a while to get our food and the coffee was self service. Coffee was good and the bagel was ok. I will see we saw lots of dishes with pancakes and eggs and such come out and they all looked good.

Popped in to escape the rain. Staff friendly and helpful. Truffle mocha is absolutely the best thing I've ever tasted!! Hot water for the tea from the self service dispenser wasn't very hot. Didn't have any food but looked okay.

Top notch cafe with delicious food ? ate here twice during our stay in Nashville and got the BBLT & eggs both times cause it was so good! Also the pancakes are delicious here! We had Angela serving us and she was amazing! Would definitely recommend.
