For a truck driver, this place is terrible. Small venue with the people making the appointments having no idea what time management is. I showed up at 645. My appointment is at 8 and it’s 1105. I’m still waiting on the door with nothing but the line behind me getting longer. Is there not a way that maybe they could unload in the morning and load in the afternoon? This is sad.

Reviews didn't lie, prepare to be there awhile. Arrived @9a, paperwork @4pKinda tight backing for a newbie like me and no where to really park and wait, so don't cone early.On the plus side, EVERY SINGLE person I interacted with here was super nice and they all seemed to enjoy working here, which is kinda rare at alot of these shippers/receivers. I would come back again. I think they should have it so you check in by phone and they can call you when a door is opening up. Quite a few trucks came and were told to goto a truck stop and wait for a call.

First time at this location. Be careful not to pass it. Sign out front was a little confusing. Plus the address on the front of building is 1903 not 05. You will see a sign that says Guest with an arrow pointing left and Shipping pointing straight. Go in between the gate. Shipping is at the back of building. First door around back is entrance. Will need to slide your tandems. Watch out for deep hole in the ground at door 8. Restroom is through door past shipping window Upstairs.

No overnight parking here, there is truck stop mile away but it’s always full, they don’t even let you park in front of the gate, but employees are great people here, restroom, checked in 2 hours early, in and out, receiving on the back by door 1 up the stairs

I got here at 5:45 am for 7 am appointment. My boss got my reload right out of here for 2 pm. Bad mistake.. So instead of these guys going ahead and unloading me, they are having me sit in a dock burning reefer fuel until my 2 pm RELOAD appointment. Like one of the earlier reviewers... the employees are rude. So I'm thinking may e they are getting my reload together then unload me and get me reloaded.. I just checked in as of 145: PM To see how much longer and was told they will get right on it. This load delivers tomorrow at 8 am in Romeoville.
Do not show up more than 15 min early or sent away. Rude, slow and an attitude. 4.5 hours to load. Loaded damaged boxes put in middle, low shelf life on 1 pallet (48 cases) Tight docks due to building material and their trailers. DON'T LOAD HERE!

I have heard from employee's that used to work and still working at this company how the work environment is not healthy at all; only time the lead and management team actually have their employees clean is when they know their being audited. They losing production so the employees or forced to pick dough and bread off the ground for baking so the management lead won't get in trouble by loosing production and they still not keeping up with production. That's one reason they firing slot of people's and people's or constantly quitting just for the reason how nasty the company is. These companies get heads up when they're being audited etc that's why these companies never get close down like they should or need a new management team lead team because they really do not care for the consumers health condition. I was surprised if what I have been hearing from people's I have meet working their. I decided to do a little investigation myself, going in as a temp, what I have heard compared of what I have seen working their a whole week; it's true. Its so sickening I walked out on my first 15min break after that week was up and never looked back. I didn't eat bread for a month just thinking how this company is being ran.
