Ordered a kid size snow cone and it cost me $10.65. However, they claimed to be out of change so I ended up paying $11 for a KID size snow cone. The snow cone was alright, definitely not 11 dollars worth. The ice cream was around $6 for one small scoop and it was filled with ice chunks. Definitely too pricey for what I received and probably won't be back.

Cotton & Snow....BOMB DOT COM! Literally! Especially their boozy ones. I don't know what they do or add to their shaved ice but it's soo creamy and delicious! It's not your typical super icy snow cones that you would get that just taste like pure ice crystals with flavor. If you know what I mean! Cotton and snow can be a bit pricy, but it's well worth it! I can't wait to go back and get another mojito shaved ice. YUM!

Zack and his team were great to work with at our event at The Grand Ole Opry. They were professional and had great attitudes. The cotton candy selections were a hit and I highly recommend them for any event.

Granted, we visited in October, but they had only three flavors of ice cream. More importantly, and this has nothing to do with time of year, a small ice cream and a small shaved ice came to $18.05. They tasted good, but not worth $18.05. We won't go back.

In a word... WOW! Liked the sound of what they had. Not super easy to find but worth a confused turn considering the neighboring businesses made it look closed. Very happy that we kept driving a little further. So hard to decide on one option! The shakes we did get were fantastic. Worker we dealt with was incredibly friendly and helpful. This is worth a stop or two - or more! Hidden gem for sure. I wish their neighbors were operating, looks like it could have been a fun afternoon there. Plus, I probably would have had more ice cream after getting in steps on the miniature golf course!

Wow, surprised by how good the Snow creme was. Generous portions.. Ice cream under the snow was a nice surprise. The treats were really good. The surrounding place looks deserted but has good seating. You order in the front and pick up your order in the back by the sitting area.

We came on Saturday at 11am and had to wait for them to open up shop. Mosquitos and ants EVERYWHERE. Tables were still sticky from the night before and the trash was still filled to the brim with last night’s garbage. The prices are INSANE. I recommend sharing a kids’ size, as neither of my kids ate half of theirs.

Best shaved ice ever. The ice is so perfectly crushed it literally melts in your mouth. They also have a ton of flavors to choose from! Mark & Eri give the best reco's, and are super helpful as my family and I have a plant based diet! Absolutely would recommend!

Delicious every time! I usually get the larger kids size and it's plenty. Workers are nice.

The back patio overlooking the mini golf and water is so relaxing. Ice cream is full of flavor and has solid toppings including . Prices are a bit high but the experience makes it memorable but not something to enjoy frequently like Jennis Ice Cream.

Great social media coverage got us here, but once we got here we were underwhelmed. Everything toppings wise is an extra charge. There were a lot of ants in the back so we ended up eating in our car. Didn't come back because it just seemed overpriced.

This place is sooooo good. It's a little pricey, but for a fun treat, it's worth it. My kids absolutely loved it, too. So many fun choices to choose from too. Definitely coming back.

I have loved this place and been coming here for years. I went recently to be charged $11.75 for a regular snowball when theor sign said it was $8. I then made a special request of my shaved ice which they said they would do. Unfortunately my request was not met. I took the item back up to ask for a correction to find out they would not remake it the way I had requested and paid to receive it. I was very disappointed as a long time customer to be refused the product that I had paid to receive. Will be looking for another spot to give my money to in the future.

These snow cones are way different from your standard fare snow cones. Instead of crunchy bland ice, their ice is really smooth. It was delicious!

I can see the vision, but it's being missed by a mile. Cute place, but run down and smells like mold, situated next to a mostly drained pond that seems to be serving as a nursery for mosquito larva. You can see them swimming from the dessicated deck, while eating mediocre, overpriced ice cream and shaved ice. Granted, they are aiming for trendy, so you expect higher prices, but for prices like these I expect a quality product and a "kitschy" but comfortable milieu. Friendly staff would be a welcome cherry on top.
