We got there late and this was the only place that wasn't busy and had seats available. We had a great server his name was Ray and he looked exhausted but he made sure that everything was great and brought everything we needed. Thanks for your service Ray.

I utilized the app for purchase. The estimated pickup time for was not accurate. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order and had to call into the store. Upon receiving my food, I checked and the order was incorrect along with the meatloaf being dry . A 30 minute wait time turned into a hour ordeal. Needless to say , I was dissatisfied with this experience and will think twice before using the app at the location. I’ve never had issues at the Goodlettsville location.

I ordered takeout and was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got to the restaurant 20 minutes after and still had to wait another 25 minutes. My fish was overcooked, I didn’t get some of the items that I ordered.

Very disappointed in the food taste and quality! The chicken taste like it was cooked in burnt oil, the loaded mashed potatoes were hard and definitely not loaded. They were hard only with cheese. The turnip greens had more meat than the green vegetable!

My visit today wasn't very good. They messed up my order. I ordered a steak well done and 2 sides. They brought out a very rare steak with blood running out of it everywhere. They brought the wrong 2 sides I ordered. Then tried to charge me for the wrong food that I didn't order. I was so upset I almost walked out. It took forever to finally get my food. It's the worst service I have ever had. I probably won't be going back anytime soon

The last three Cracker Barrels I went to couldn't bring biscuits. Same explanation every time. "We have a new system and it takes so much longer. If we get busy we can't catch up like we used to do." And what happened to the Steak Burger? If Cracker Barrel is trying to cut cost, you're going about it the wrong way.

Everyone was resourceful from the server to the individuals working in the store. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience while shopping and dining at this establishment. They stood out for their kindness and friendliness.

After waiting an hour for our food tonight, the manager was very rude when she told us they were out of what we ordered. Then proceeded to say that she can't keep up with all the orders as if we were an inconvience to her. I was being understanding but she was completely rude. Her name was Julie. Terrible experience for locals.
