Well it wasn’t a banner day for CB. The only soup choice was chicken noodle. No soup of the day. My wife’s grilled cheese was melted cheese but the bread wasn’t grilled or toasted. My chicken and dumplings was room temp or not near warm. The green beans and carrots were tasty and hot as usual. Thanks for checking. It’s our go to for veggies, soup, and fried chicken. We will be back, and hope this helps to keep us and others coming back.

Maria was a great help, but the food was not good. The fajitas are made with carne asada meat and knot skirt steak or flap steak. Peas and carats do not belong in spanish rice. Homemade flourTortillas are only done on the weekend. Not worth the $30 I paid.

The food as always was just mediocre. Cracker Barrel has gone downhill since they stopped actually seasoning their food.

Food was terrible, old, stale, not fresh. Waited for 30 to 40 minutes for food. 30 minute for appetizer. Ordered mac & cheese and then they came back 15 minutes later and said what if we don’t have macaroni and cheese. Waited another 15 minutes and they came back and gave us a double order of dumplings. Total disappointment.

I didn’t eat on this occasion but I love Cracker Barrel food! I came to shop and the clearance sale was good and I love the atmosphere! Staff was very friendly!

I placed a pickup order and arrived at the time CB messaged that my order would be ready. When I arrived, turned out that pickup orders were running behind. I was told they were 15 minutes behind but it was actually an hour. Pickup folks were piling up in the store and it was getting antsy. So, I wandered around the store and ended up buying $50 worth of stuff (wondered if that was the purpose of the delays LOL) Hey, I get it - it's Thanksgiving week. But, you should update your messages to reflect that you're running an hour behind. You might also consider adding staff to deal with holiday events - just sayin'. I love CB and the food. Last year, your computers went down and it was a madhouse when I went to pick up my TG Dinner. I only have pies to pickup tomorrow so I pray that you've added staff, etc. to handle the mad rush.

Loving our Cracker Barrel staff and location near Opryland they go above and beyond for my husband and I. We have gotten to know the people that work there and they are the best!! They remember our drink order and how we like things and they always do their best to get us in and out in a timely manner especially if they know a convention is being held nearby since my husband goes to work very early.
