The store was very busy at lunch because of being Valentine's Day. Our server made sure to update us on the pace in the kitchen while refilling our drinks while we waited. The food was well worth the wait.
Parking: This location is a little difficult to get into because of the way the entrance and highway meet. There is not much you can do about that.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of children in today. Great interactions with the staff who seemed to enjoy having children there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Several wheelchairs were observed in the store with seating not being a problem.

Very disappointed with my experience at this location today, we waited 30 mins to be seated, once we were seated there was no silverware, we had to ask the server for silverware because the host did not have any ready when seated, also our server had to go jump on the grill because of short staff, but the general manger Tracy walking around the store looking at merchandise while our server was hustling doing multiple jobs!

The retail side of the store was terrible until I got to make a transaction with Raven. I first tried to do a transaction with Kate and it was terrible, it was clear she didn’t want to help me. Kate also pressured a customer to leave a tip when I standing in line, when she was trying to tip the entire time. Once Raven was able to help me on her own the process was smooth. The restaurant service and food was fantastic with Judy.

My wife & I are visiting Nashville. I lived here as a kid. I come back to come home in a way. I have great memories here. Built more over the years upon my many returns. Our tradition is to go to the local Cracker Barrel when we’re traveling. This is a good one!
Everyone was friendly, but our food took almost an hour to arrive & it was just two of us.

I’ve tried getting curbside multiple times here and I have to go in every time after sitting and waiting. If you choose curbside, don’t waste your time.

Everything was good. The food arrived in a timely fashion and was tasty, and the waiter was very attentive. One thing I did notice, however, was that his nails were dirty. Not a good look for someone in food service. But, he was pleasant and good at his job.

Biscuits and other vegetables were great! But don’t order the peach cobbler! The “crust” was a graham cracker with sugar on it and terrible! I only ordered because they were out of chocolate cake.
