I went in to get dinner at around 8pm on a Thursday but was told it was a 20 minute wait because there wasn't a server available. There were multiple other employees around chatting with each other, and I was disappointed that they couldn't serve me (party of 1).

My waitress was amazing. My food was delicious. I needed some comfort food. However, the lady that checked me out was awful. She and another co worker were complaining about a manager. I work retail and to me that was unprofessional. She asked me if a had rewards and I mentioned that I didn't know what it was but she was too busy bad mouthing the manager that had asked her to do something which she didn't think that it was her job.

2 stars for being seated quickly, good service, and the manager comping some of our bill. Only 2 stars because it took over an hour to get our food and one of our party ended up sick after. 2 tables were sat after us and finished eating by the time our food came out. Not the first time I've had a similar experience at a cracker barrel. We only keep returning because the kids love it but will be doing everything we can to not go to another one ever again.

By far the worst Cracker Barrel experience I’ve ever had!! Waited 10-15 before someone came to the table not even for a drink order.By the time” L” showed up she looked at me like I was wasting her time.I gave her my drink and food order and waited quite a long time, folks that came in after me had gotten their drinks and food before I did.Food shows up and I noticed I hadn’t received silverware, I asked “L” for a fork or silverware and she pointed to the chalua hot sauce im like no silverware to eat my food, Pretty sure she had ear buds in, I waited 5 minutes and no “L” or silverware. I went to the hostess and asked and got the rudest “I ain’t none”.At some point some other server brought me a refill and asked me if Everything was ok and I gave an honest No. I stated I’ve been waiting a long time and there was a few things wrong with the overall meal. I finished up my dinner and waited another 10-15 minutes for my check.. I wanted to tip poorly but I knew she needed it more than I did.

Was #1 on the waitlist in the APP. Showed that to the hostess with a long line. Rude. Blew me off and said I’d have to wait. Seated 2 other tables then I asked for a manager. Won’t be back. Rude. Plenty of other CB in the area. Too dumb to understand what a wait list is.
