Alisa rocks the casbah! literally the most real, fun and attentive bartender amongst all the downtown madness. if she’s in, stop by and have a few, you wont regret it.

This hotel was great. The rooms were very nice and clean. The Check in and valet was amazing. Gwen was amazing and had the best personalty and A++++ customer service. The breakfast was good and the hotel is within walking disatnce for alot of things.

My husband and I stayed here one night to see a show at the TPAC since it’s walking distance away and we would absolutely stay here again. Our room was very comfortable and quiet and clean. But I have to shout out a very special employee; Angel! She was incredible and needs a raise and a promotion immediately, she was so nice to me and my husband and I observed her treating every guest interaction in the same way. Keep in mind that the parking lot is valet only and there is a $30 fee per night.

Stayed 1 night. The room was clean. No restaurant on site, even though the description said there was. It was only a very small place with a extremely limited menu. The Valet, Jabbar, was excellent! He was extremely helpful, courteous & friendly! I would stay again because of Jabbar’s service.

This place was the best! The assistant GM Teri made our whole trip. She was the sweetest and even went and bought us bandaids when we had blisters. She gave us all the best recommendations and made us feel so safe as a group of young girls traveling alone. The location of the hotel was amazing and we were able to walk everywhere. The other staff members were lovely as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting friendly staff as a great location!

Can’t beat the price & location. Teri, the co-general manager, made our stay especially fabulous as she made my girls and I feel right at home, going over and beyond!! Added bonus was the delicious complimentary breakfast, perfect for after a night out on Broadway. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Terri made this trip absolute phenomenal and made us feel so welcome. Anything we needed she was on top of things and I would stay here time after time again as long as she’s here!! She cooked us a meal and offered to even drive us to the airport if we needed. She was so worried about our safety to the extent that a creepy man was following us and she enlisted a security guard to watch over us. She is incredible and we loved every moment here.

Decent location short walk to Broadway and restaurants nearby. Rooms ok no dining or restaurant..breakfast ordered, egg/ sausage/ bacon/ toast.. Small bar area. Would class it as mainly rooms than hotel. Quiet area. Broadway very busy. Suggest take hop on/ off bus to various areas. Music city museum excellent, and Johnny cash museum just off Broadway. Couple of doors from there Layer Cake bar, good for food. Printers Alley, Fleet St pub, the best fish/ chips.

It is the best price for the location that we could find. It was close to downtown and Germantown so that we could walk many places, which was nice as we had a group of 6 so if some wanted to head home early we didn’t need to worry about getting a car. Breakfast was delicious, best free breakfast at a hotel I have ever had at a hotel. You are able to pick what you want from a list and can bring back to room or eat at tables. Staff was super friendly. Check in was super fast and they held our luggage on the last day as our flight was late in the evening. My only "complaints" would be bathroom door was a sliding barn door type so still felt open on side when completely closed and loud to open and close when others were sleeping. Wish you could have made it to the lobby without going outside but that is a minor issue. Lastly, it is loud as doors open to outside so you hear a lot of sirens but that would be typically in any city hotel.

We had to request housekeeping every day we were there. Location is good but the general appearance and amenities are inferior based on the price we paid. I wouldn't touch the breakfast. There seems to be a need for a security person to be on duty all night. All the rooms open to the outside and there is no elevator-only from the outside-in the parking garage. The elevator didn't require a room key to operate which means that anyone can come from the parking garage to the rooms without being detected. This felt unsafe. Lots of people drunk in the bar most nights. On one occasion there was a guy passed out across the bar and no one seemed to notice.
