The pour over was outstanding, but the experience was diminished by a group of influencers who were filming some sort of content (not just photos) and it was very distracting and uncomfortable. It took away from our experience and made us cut our visit to Crema short.

While the coffee and service are amazing... there are no outlets in the whole place. Really disappointing because the shop is set up so well for work from home folks. And on top of that their wifi sucks :/ But if you're not coming to work then it is a good place to go!

Excellent espresso drinks. Had a latte that was naturally sweet and creamy, with beans that clearly have an origin that is distinctive. Nice spot to drink, with plentiful indoor and outdoor tables. My latte was a bit pricey, at $6.56 for a large (even comparing to my not-cheap home coffee shops in the upper west side of NYC) but the value is there for a cup that someone clearly cared about.

Went with the recommendation of a local friend as my family and I were visiting Nashville for the day. I ordered what I typically get when I try a new coffee place and majority of the time it’s good. This time, it was probably the worst coffee I’ve ever drank. It tasted very sour like the milk/cream was sour. My wife’s drink was at least tolerable. Needless to say, we will not be back. That being said, the customer service was great.

One of the best Iced latte's I've ever had!! They know how to make a good coffee. 100% recommend coming here.
The ONLY suggestion I have for the team is to implement some sort of loyalty program. I'll be a regular here and I'd love to sign up for it. I'm sure others would too.

We arrived and automatically the employees were glaring at us and demanding we get in a single file line and said we are taking up their whole pathway. No politeness. The whole time they were short, unhelpful, rude, and made us uncomfortable. Personally, a lot of us work in the food industry so we know the stress. However, there was no effort or even experience of costumer service. Also using their fingers to make our drinks, some of us didn’t even order and walked out. Food was great and they were speedy! But will not be returning.
