The staff are awesome, the bagel sandwiches will blow your mind. Tons of different options to choose from, both bagels and schmears. They have different local options for drinks and a full coffee bar. There's also a little basket near the bathrooms for kids books and activities. We'll definitely be back and recommend this place for years to come.

Holy smokes! We went in because we'd heard about it from a friend. We got the Fig & Pig and a limited time pastrami breakfast bagel, both on the rosemary bagel. The bagels themselves were delicious, and as the outside of a sandwich, they were the perfect size. The flavors were delicious, well thought through, not too much or too little of any one ingredient. I also snagged an iced latte which was truly delicious. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the insude is well curated and cute. Absolutely worth the drive if you don't live in the area.

This place is a neighborhood gem. We live here in Crieve Hall, and come here a lot. Always great food and coffee, always friendly.
Today I ordered pickup and when I went to get my family’s order, I realized that I had accidentally ordered iced coffee instead of hot. My mistake, not theirs. Despite being slammed on a Saturday morning, he insisted on swapping them out.
We are proud regulars, and have been since Ben opened from just a window in Covid. Can’t say enough good things about CHBC.

Cute place, but that was the hardest to chew bagel I’ve ever had. My jaw is tired lol. Adding schmear was also pricey.

Today was my second time here and it was just as good as the first! I’m on a mission to try every bagel sandwich they have. So far I’ve had the Turkey Club on a jalapeño cheese bagel and the Fig & Pig on an everything bagel. Delicious and always worth the drive!

I'm from NYC and I know a good Bagle place when I see one. They make their bagels fresh most mornings and I'm pretty sure they make their dough as well, as I've seen pallets of flower outside the shop.
Also seems like a good spot for parents, I've noticed they will bring their kids down there for bagels before school starts.
The bagels and other foods here are really good, 4 stars. It’s also quite nice and comfy inside. However their service is painfully slow. It can sometimes take 20 mins for a single bagel. It’s quite frustrating to come in for a quick sandwich and end up being late to work because they are behind on several orders.

Have loved Bens bagels since the beginning. Have not had the opportunity to visit the shop - however upon arrive at around 12:15pm the gentleman on register looked like he was "over" his job or shift. There was no pleasantry or guidance and when questions were asked he seemed very annoyed by our presence. Love supporting small business but the experience here was very lackluster. Service makes the experience and unfortunately this was big miss for me. Bagels are great, coffee is great but get ready for it to be served with a bad attitude.

Their vegan cream cheese is amazing. I went here for the first time yesterday and already want it again today. The bagels were really cold which I wasn't expecting, like they were just in the fridge. I put it in my air fryer for a minute and it was perfect.

DELICIOUS. My neighbor recommended and said she loves them and she was not wrong. The cinnamon sugar is a favorite. Fresh and delicious. The cinnamon rolls are out of this world. Dangerously good!
