We stopped by in September to get a cake for our friends birthday and had really amazing customer service from the staff who helped us cut and serve the cake. Friendly, affordable and delicious!
Drove by and saw on the sign that they have chocolate ice cream. It's so hard to find chocolate soft serve anywhere and I was so excited because I'd never seen a DQ have chocolate. Unfortunately the machine was broken but they gave me a vanilla cone chocolate dipped. Hopefully the chocolate will be fixed soon! :)
Dairy Queen on Nolensville dropped the ball tonight. This was the mess we were sent home with after giving the wrong blizzard back twice! But awesome management definitely stepped up and did everything right afterwards. Busy nights happen. Accidents happen. Stressful situations cause us to not always do our absolute best. And THATS OK! Just fix what you can and keep moving.
