Honestly, I accidentally placed an order here and it says to call to cancel, they never picked up the phone after about 10trys. So I bit the bullet and drove 30min to this place to pick up my food instead of just waisting it. Well, upon getting there it took forever to get someone to recognize I was standing in line. The burger was good even after sitting under the warmer for a good 40min or so.. but the Oreo blizzard. That kinda sucked, all the Oreos were super stale and by this time I was already super frustrated and was half way back home and just threw it away. Great Friday night lol

So this location going to have the 7 dollar meal deals at 8 dollars. With tape over the price. So I guess they don’t have go by the franchise rules. I walked out very dissatisfied!!!!!! Not to mention the drink machine is broke or is it? I guess so they can save money! Greedy!!!!

But according to the app this location said it has chocolate ice cream. I ordered a large chocolate cone with chocolate dip. I saw the guy through the window dipping a vanilla cone. When he handed it to me, I said I ordered chocolate ice cream. A woman came to the window and said they don't have chocolate ice cream. I told her the app said they did. There are some DQs that have chocolate ice cream so they all need to have it.

I accidentally left my card at the drive through and someone charged my card for $500.
I went up to the store the next day to pick up my card and the manager basically said I was lying.

Don't order from here. The service and the food is bad. I placed an order online to be picked up at 9:20pm inside the restaurant because I don't have a vehicle. I'm staying at the hotel next door. I walked over at 9:15 pm, and the doors were already locked. Per the hours online and the sign on their doors, they close at 9:30pm. They saw me knocking on the door, but they wouldn't let me in. I kept knocking on the door, stating I have a pick up order and I don't have a car. They kept directed me to the drive thru with the cars, which is so unsafe for a pedestrian. By the time I got my food, it was cold. And they made it wrong. I said no mayonnaise. Don't waste your time here. They don't care.

The man in the window gave me a hard time about giving me napkins for my icecream cone. I had to ask him 3 times before he actually gave them to me today. Not cool

For starters me and my wife are not from this area much less this state. Our first time getting any sort of food here was this Dairy Queen. We are so impressed (writing this while enjoying the food we ordered) that we even chose to write this review. In particularly Rohel, was such a great help and even suggested the food we chose to eat. He had a great attitude especially (I’m assuming late in his shift) to whereas other people would be slow/sluggish with a less than a mediocre attitude. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with literally everything from the food to the service. THANK YOU DAIRY QUEEN AND ESPECIALLY ROHEL!
