The new general manager is doing a great job at keeping this location professional and inviting. It’s hard to get good customer service now days and he is doing very well. My son and I love this location.

Gone twice on the last month. Wife and I wanted a banana split. Both times said they were out of bananas. Today after they said they were out of bananas, we asked for a hot fudge sundae. Well they were out of vanilla ice cream. I don't know who manages this store, but somebody needs to know how to maintain supplies. What kind of ice cream store runs out of vanilla ice cream? Don't think I'll be returning to this location

Went on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Not too busy at this time. The restaurant was clean. Very clean. It's in a good, not too busy party of town. This probably helps. Service wasn't an issue. Again, it wasn't busy. Staff was very friendly.
The ice cream was standard DQ ice cream. We ordered a small vanilla cone and a small vanilla cold chocolate Sunday. Total bill was about $7.50.
7.50 is high for these little dinky orders. That's more than minimum wage. However, that's our only complaint.
Otherwise, we'll go back for the convenience of the location in relation to proximity of relatives' quarters.
We had a wheelchair accessible ramp can and the parking was perfect and marked perfect for enough room for the van's ramp.

I get it! Short staff is a serious thing however at least great customers when they pull up and let them know you will be right with them, and sir when you do finaly “acknowledge” then don’t yell when you can’t hear them. Just say that you weren’t listening the first time and also whenever you’re at the window, don’t just throw the food out on and not say you’re welcome or even acknowledge them then either. The lady that took payment wasn’t any better. 8/28. @ 3:15 pm

I'm a butterscotch dipped cone kinda dairy queen lady, but that Confetti Cake dipped cone is giving that old school butterscotch a run for its money! So yummy!
Three people waiting to order inside And 3 crew sitting down chilling Maybe they were on break but the whole crew takimg a break while the poor Manager tried to work the drive in window by herself One lady making the french fries put them in the oil and stood there doing nothing else while they cooked Finally the other people waiting To order yelled out the people were waiting to order and one Of the people sitting got up took the order and then stood by the frozen custard machine while we waited The place was clean except the the metal containers that held sundae toppings was gross and caked with dried strawberries and fudge. Whipped cream can was just sitting on the counter not under refrigeration
