5 stars and 3 💋💋💋! I'm just a humble visitor in town burning up a few hours. This DQ is connected to BP Travel Center. The DQ is clean. Staff are on top of things and are sassy in a fun way. They have all the DQ classics plus all the seasonal items. The place is peppered with locals so I'm evesdropping on snippits of conversations and enjoying the TN accents especially the children (not in a creepy way). I'm just north of Nashville. Looking forward to a night on the town but enjoying these kick-back moments in Joelton DQ.

Blood Good

They love ignoring you if you have a mobile order and you stand their waiting for 5-7 minutes before they acknowledge you then another 20 mins to receive your order if you visit here make you have 30 plus mins time to waste waiting

This store was clean. The staff was friendly. We picked to get ice cream and did not have a meal. There was a nice assortment of frozen goods including cakes to choose from.

If you value your health, I recommend you never eat food from this restaurant. I wrote my order clearly on paper tonight so they would make no mistakes & could refer back to it as well as ask questions at the drive thru window. When I took a big bite out of my double cheeseburger at home, I wondered why I felt something jiggly that I had trouble tearing apart. Imagine my shock when I found raw bacon in my sandwich, especially since I did not order bacon at all. I am saving the dangerously undercooked bacon they put in my sandwich in case I need it. I plan to report this incident to appropriate authorities & if I get sick, I’ll contact my attorney for assistance.

Is it really that hard to give people what they pay for? I ordered a 4 piece sauce n tossed meal. I got pinkie size tenders and the oldest dried out fries imaginable! Your customers should matter don't you think? We keep you in business!!!

I was in and out with my food in 10 mins. The fries were fresh and crispy. The bacon and cheese double I ordered was really good. They cook everything fresh, I stop by here frequently on my way to work, and they always have fast service and friendly employees.

Kid-friendliness: They are child friendly and good place to take your kids to for a quick dessert or meal.

Foods always hot and fresh, due to this there’s a wait which is fine with me. Only thing I wish was better was the speaker when your doing drive through. It’s hard to hear.
