They turned the machine off and they said the machine is down so they can close and go home early

So disappointed and annoyed. Every time we order ice cream here it’s super runny and they never turn it upside down. If I bring it up I just get told it’s the kind of blizzard I ordered, even if we just get a normal one. It takes forever to get your order taken even if you’re one of the only ones in there. They also always mess up or forget something in your order. Only reason we continue to go here is because it’s the only ice cream place within 15 minutes of our house and every time we regret spending money there. Not worth it.

The manager is extremely disrespectful to her employees. The tall young man was extremely helpful even with his manager Keyah’s constant harassment.

When by last night and ordered a chocolate chip blizzard with extra chips. After driving off tasted it and it had a bitter taste, like blueberries have. Believe the ice cream was bad so we threw it away for fear of getting sick. $6.50 down the drain.

I wasn’t here personally but I was on the phone with my mom who went inside the building while she ordered her food to go. There was a misunderstanding about what my mom was ordering and was over charged. She was given her change back but was met with such disrespect about the misunderstanding! Whoever was taking her order was extremely rude to my mom even though she kept apologizing over and over. I could not believe what I was hearing over the phone. If you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on others! Especially my mother!

I swear every time that we come here there’s always something wrong with our order. We also never get the sauces that we ask for. The most recent time we came, I ordered a Snickers blizzard with extra Snickers… first, they tried to give me a half empty cup… Then just filled the cup with more ice cream, and there was almost no Snickers in the cup… Mind you you get charged for the extra Snickers, which we paid for.

We dont go to DQ very often, so when we pulled into the drive-thru to make an order we needed to look at the menu first. Even if the order is only multiple ice creams, there was no reason for Patty (on headset) to mock us for taking a minute to look, especially when we were the only car in line. Twice during the ordering process we could hear her over the speaker (1) complaining about the time to decide our order and (2) making general rude comments about us.
After we tried to speak with the man at the window while we picked up our food, Patty then came outside with 2 coworkers to stare at our car while we were parked to eat. They also just happened to have their breaks end, all at the same time, the moment we drove away.

Wait was long. Machine was broken again. Of course didn't tell me that till after I had paid. Finally got seviced. Ordered a butterfinger blizzard. Almost 8 dollar. And guess what. Was just ice cream. Watery at best. And no topping.
Went to pick food up made to the jobsite and missing the toast bread talked to the manager PATTY making it seem like it was my fault what is wrong with this dairy queen
this location sucks. EVERY TIME i order from this place they forget the sauce. Every. Single. Time. And i usually ask for BBQ chicken strips and it’s okay if they are out i understand that but they dont even tell me they are out!!! They just give me the food and when I get home I have to find out myself it’s just regular chicken. It’s not that hard to let your customer know you are out of something. Seriously. And the staff are just sitting there hanging out like they have nothing to do and are very rude especially the guy with the ponytail, he’s ALWAYS forgetting something…. Do better. And dont ask me for another chance, i’ve given too many.
Dropped by at 5:45pm on January 11, 2024. While sitting in front of the sign to place my order the lights to the sign went off. The guy in the car in front of me tells to me “they say they just closed”. So while I’m sitting there stuck in line waiting to leave someone comes on the speaker and says “due to the inclement weather we’re closed.” Now I understand we had gottten 6-8 inches of snow the day before. In fact I wasn’t going to leave the house. So if the store hadn’t opened at all, I could understand. But the roads had been cleared and I had been driving all day since 11am. Plus there is a 3% chance of snow for the next 24 hours. So I ask myself, what inclement weather? But whatever. So I pull up one space and watch the guy in front of me get his food. Then a guy pulls up behind me, to the dark and turned off order board. The lady says “we’ve closed because of the bad weather”. The guy says “so your not taking orders?” She replies, “not for food”. He says “we just wanted ice cream”, to which she replies “what do you want?” and takes his order. I was so angry that I decided to call the store owner. So I finally get up to the drive through window and there is nothing on the window accept the hours.
