Even though the door was open, we were told the lobby was closed. It was An hour and a half before posted closing time. Was told there was no chocolate soft serve or hot fudge for my order. The order was rung up incorrectly. Overall - a poor experience. This was the DQ in Bellevue, TN on highway 70

Lobby closed before 9:00. Service staff sitting at table playing with each others hair. Went to drive through and server said they had no hot fudge, no chocolate soft serve, and then charged for a hot fudge sundae. Disgusting.

Constantly gets orders wrong, notably on sandwiches, since they don't label the bags or burger boxes with their contents, you can get handed anyone else's order. Even when you get the right sandwich, they screw up the request you made.
One of my favorite fast foods, there are no ice cream like the ones they sell and prices are really good š«¶š¼

Overall my experience was good. First time I have been to a DQ in over a decade. The store was clean and well maintained. It did seem as if they were short staffed though, only 2 staff members were there one doing the cooking and the other switching between working the Drive thru and the inside counter. So even though the dining only had one other custom inside it still took a bit to order, and then our food sat for a while under the heat lamps before the person taking orders came back over to the dining room to get my food to me. Still though, the food was good, and if the mood for DQ strikes again I would have no problem returning.
Parking: Average amount of spaces for a fast food restaurant of its size. I've never seen the place to be super busy though so parking is plentiful.

Ordered a double stack burger combo, asked to upsize fries, had a $2 off coupon, once I paid and sat down realized I had been charged for upsizing drink as well, I did not ask for this, the fries are one charge, the drink is another, .99 for fries and $1 for drink. I told cashier she said she just did it since I asked for large fries she did drink as well, I told her I wanted refund for the drink upcharge, she seemed as if I was being petty, so I mentioned to her the difference in a med drink and a large on the menu is only .20, and why would they charge $1 to upcharge the drink she said it is just what we do, so on the menu difference between med fry and drink and large fry and drink is 69 cents yet they want to charge $1.99 to upsize combo well last time you will get any of my money DQ!!!!!!!!!!!

Went inside to order. Person packing orders said just a minute. 2 people at window. Extra person walked towards us. Waited 5 seconds and walked to drink machine. Got drinks for person at the window and ignored us. Waited several minutes and left. Won't be back to this one.
Been through the drive only so I canāt speak to anything beyond that but Iām greeted promptly, my orders havenāt been wrong even with modifications and, the reason Iām even writing a review for a Dairy Queen (of all places), is the staff/crew! The ladies that work the evening shift are so nice and take pride in what they do. Look, itās fast food so you have like 10 seconds to be a jerk to someone or not and this crew is consistently good. Thereās one girl here that says she āmakes her food with loveā and I just thought that needed acknowledgement.
We all have jobs to do and these folks are no different. It stood out enough for me to leave a review and say thank you for taking pride in your job. Someone is managing this store well to have someone say they make the food with loveāand it shows!

They are always out of Bananas what's up with that!!!!!...Don't be like McDonald's and shake machine always broken fix it and if bananas are getting low before you run out .Go to Publix and buy more..Just across the street. You can ever walk there...such Un professional

Stopped here twice, both times have been told that they were out of the specific item I ordered. My wife ordered a vanilla cone with sprinkles, was told they didn't have cones right now.
The employee with the drive thru headset was sitting on the curb outside smoking.
It looks like they are getting paid to not work.

I ordered a hot fudge sundae, extra hot fudge. Got charged that extra $0.69 for the extra. I ordered extra bc the last few times I barely had any at all. So I get my sundae with the extra hot fudge. There's no extra, but what little I got is all at the bottom. The fudge went in the cup first, then ice cream on top. That's backwards. Who wants to eat plain vanilla ice cream and then all the fudge at the end? When I asked about making it backwards and not getting extra fudge as I had paid for, she said it's all in the bottom. I said yeah, that's backwards too- she just said- "The spoon will reach the bottom." How stupid you gotta be to work at DQ?? Because that's a stupid answer. I knew it was going to be sub past, so I paid extra, and there's still no freakin hot fudge. Do be DQ. WE DON'T EXPECT GREATNESS, BUT MEDIOCRE WOULD BE GREAT.
