Walked over from Target after working 13 hours this day. Ordered pasta alfredo with chicken to go.
Ordered was stapled in a bag, so i didnt open it to look at it. Got back to Target and ooened my food. The garlic bread was in foil laid on top of my food inside the container. How is this sanitary. Goes from someones hands directly onto my food.
Called the manager...Shannon...he seemed to not care one bit. Said its always done that way. How many peoples' food has been contaminated. No apology!!! Asked for a refund and was at least given that.
The presentation was horrible and the food looked bland as can be.
Tried to spend my $ in a family business, but this was not the right choice!!
Sitting in corporate restaurant...5 Guys... across the street with tasty food and great service.

And now they've removed their best item which was the crab linguine. Just close this place already. And they almost never get the delivery orders correct.
Horrible customer service. Telling people that deliveries will be over two hours just to get people off of the phone. Get someone in there to run this restaurant properly. Management is awful. This place should just close down.

The food has no seasoning that I tasted. I asked for a baked sweet potato and received a white potato with no seasoning The steak was not worth 30 it was a ribeye and something was off with it. We had a table of 6.... 1 person had to send his back because the meatloaf didn't taste like meatloaf. The friend who had chicken Alfredo said she would take it home and fix it properly. They tried. They feed many seniors who probably have lost their taste but not everyone has lost their taste. The servers were nice but the food was not. My food wasnt hot and after waiting so long to eat, I was not about to send it back. I won't be back sadly.

This place use to be soooo much better. Went last night with my 7 year old son. Service was horrible! Server was not good, burger was under cooked, food took a long time, older guys in the booth next to us had no respect and were cursing like sailors seeing that my kid was sitting there! Had preordered wings to go and got home only to discover they gave me all drums! Place has really fallen off. And there was some creepy guy sitting at the table across from us watching us while slowly eating mac and cheese.
Wonderful service, high quality quality food! We've never had a bad meal, and have been eating here for decades!
