We were here for a conference and staying at the airport Hilton. Darfons met every need, close to us, affordable and the most amazing food. Mashed potatoes to die for and my steak was perfect as was the key lime pie. My lemon drop martini was one of the best I had.
Some of the best food I've had at a restaurant. I got the pork loin rounds with the potatoes and green beans were the veggie of the day. Everything was flavored perfectly and service was fantastic! My husband got the lamb chops and it was some of the best he's eaten. It is pricier, but I would say 100% worth it!

My family just hosted an anniversary party in the Garage Room at Darfons. The entire experience was perfect. The service was amazing, my steak was the best I have ever had. It was decorated very classy and the perfect size for our party. We really could not have asked for a better set up. It was a three course meal and we added appetizers. The servers were able to keep up with drink and food requests with no delay. This is the perfect place to have a party!
