Dave & Buster's Nashville

Even though the food was limited, they had the food we wanted. Really appreciate them to be open on this bad weather. My son and I had a great time.

It was eatable. But for the price it was definitely not worth it. Very bland food all around. Again not bad. Just not worth the money. For what we paid we could have had a quality meal over convenience. And that's what this was convenient, to eat before we played.

I hate that I feel I need to give them a lower score. When we arrived the dining area was pretty much empty & a lone patron at the bar, so we were seated immediately. Our server was very polite & informative. We were seated about 11:45 a.m. on New Year's Day. Our drink & appetizer order was taken. They all came out relatively quickly & we ordered entrees, by the time we ordered entrees we had already been there about 30-40 minutes We shared an order of fried pickles, great seasoning & crispness and not so many that we were stuffed.We sat close to the bar and our waiter was also bartending & he was moving non stop. It took an hour (actually more than an hour) for our entrees to come out. We had the steak linguine and steak frites. My husband's food came out and I told him to go ahead and start, he was halfway through his meal before mine even came out. The steak was delicious, the fries gpt were amazing and who doesn't love frazzled onions. I heard someone (manager?) say there were only 3 there. I'm sure he was working but....I understand being understaffed, but maybe waitresses (not ours) shouldn't walk around saying “they can wait”. Food was great, getting to catch up on football was great, our server was great, but the rest of the workers we observed in our 2+ hours lunch left a lot to be desired. I guess customer service is a thing of the past. And no, we were not rude in any way. I'm not ever going to be rude to someone who handles my food, no matter how bad the service

Did not appreciate having gratuity added to my bill without my knowledge & then the server giving me the electronic handheld to pay as she's standing over my shoulder to pay. Since I didn't know gratuity was already added, I gave an additional $10 tip on the keypad. The keypad wouldn't take my card so I gave her a $100 bill & she never came back with my change. The audacity of this server!

Really great place but I wish the arcade games were more kept up and maintained.
So many of them were broken, at least 10 or so of the games we played had mechanics that were completely shot.

This place was awesome. For the value my grandkids had a great time. I've been in many arcades and this one allowed them to spend 3 hours playing games and having some grilled food. The excitement that my great-granddaughter had just winning a duck was precious

Half of the games in the arcade don’t work and the prizes are way overpriced compared to regular Dave & Buster’s.

Kristin was a great host. I had 6 kids placing orders and wanting to play games. She was patient and kind to each one. Never got frustrated when they asked questions about the menu or changed their mind. Each order placed came out correct and exceptionally good. Thank you Kristin!

We had a large party celebrating my wife's birthday. We had a great time! The staff did an outstanding job taking care of us!

I was disappointed in my salmon it was overcooked and had no seasoning and it was very small... For $22...
