Waitress was very nice and helpful. But the cheese fondue was not very good. Overpriced for what we got. No meat in the plate. Only vegetables with very little seasonings. View was very pretty

I went for the fireside fondue and Sylvia was our server. She was amazing! Very friendly, attentive, and overall amazing. She def made our experience more enjoyable by going out of her way to take care of us. It's such a lovely view and it was a really unique experience. The chocolate was so yummy for the fondue!

If you are looking to get away from the masses, this is the place to be! Great space with awesome views and even better service. Highly recommend getting a cabana and trying the fondue- chocolate and cheese! Perfect sweet and savory mix!

I came to Denim looking for a place to have drinks with friends. I left Denim wanting to come back right away and frequently. The menus are considerately crafted. Both the food and drinks are stylish and tasteful. The bar manager, Andrew, made sure that everyone in our party was enjoying our food, drinks, and service. Our bartender, Brett, shared his attention to detail. The staff was inviting. This place is awesome, and we can’t wait to come back!

I went to denim on Thursday after having reserved a fireside fondue experience. When I showed up there had been some kind of problem with my reservation and they could not accommodate this experience. The manager Lenard was so kind and accommodating offering a round of drinks and outdoor seating to make up for the mixup he made sure I got a reservation for the following Saturday. When we returned Saturday everything was perfect the fondue experience was really great and the service was wonderful and you can’t top the views of the city fireside. Definitely an experience I recommend you try out!

You ever get that feeling you’re just bothering the wait people who work at a place just by existing? Yeah this was a night like that.
They seated us (and it was difficult to tell at first) - but the outdoor cushioned seats were soaking wet when sat on. The staff appeared to know about this (but failed to warn us beforehand). Once the entire backs of our pants were soaked through they asked “did you want a towel?”
No thanks, this sitting in my own wet clothing in a cold breezy night is exactly what I was hoping for.
The just-shut-up-and-stop-complaining vibe continued as they decided to substitute drinks without asking what we would like instead (they had run out of something we ordered).
And when we asked why they didn’t just ask, were we’re treated by a visit from the manager because “she heard we were upset.”
But at least a 20% tip was automatically included for all of that great service.
Please spare yourself this vaguely abusive experience

We had a great time in Nashville, with one exception...our dinner at Denim. The restaurant was empty and yet the server was dismissive when they arrived at our table 10 minutes after we were seated. We ordered our dinner and still had not received any drinks. At 20 minutes we left. Terrible service!!!

The fondue experience was fun. The cheese was delicious. The group liked the special theme drink menu. Gracen did an excellent job serving us that evening and helped make it a great birthday.

The fire was not working, we were told the starter broke. Eventually, we were moved when our meal was almost done. Our new table the propane ran out so we left. It was our anniversary and the ambiance meant a lot to us. It was disappointing.
