Dicey's Tavern Reviews
Unfortunately, this is the perfect example of a 21st Century bar and restaurant with good food and good intentions, but their reliance on systems and technology kills the whole experience.
I called the number listed for Dicey's, but it was literally impossible to get an actual human being on the phone. There was an AI agent that did nothing but refer me to their website over and over, and then eventually I got to a voice recording -- no mailbox, mind you, just a recording...read full review
Terrible customer service. We want a table for 11,they weren’t busy at all and they said we need everyone here. This could have easily been done. Then we asked if they could put an ice cream cake in their freezer. They said for a $25 fee. WTF?! Never heard of this anywhere. And the young lady, who was dealing with us , was super rude. Said that we can stay and eat, BUT WE BETTER NOT HE RUDE TO THEIR SERVERS! We left and took our business with us. Worst experience I’ve had...read full review

Dicey's Tavern is a popular restaurant known for its great food, including wings, pizza, and cheese bread. The atmosphere is lively and family-friendly, with options to dine inside or outside, and furry friends are welcome. Customers enjoy the generous portions, often with leftovers to take home. The restaurant offers gluten-free and vegan options, making it suitable for those with dietary needs. Many visitors appreciate the quick and attentive service, even when busy. The vibe can be loud and energetic, adding to the fun experience. However, some guests have noted that the music volume can be too high, making it hard to enjoy conversations. Parking is available across the street, and they sometimes validate parking, which is convenient for guests. The place is a good spot for lunch, especially for pizza and sandwiches, and it has a cozy, hole-in-the-wall feel that attracts both locals and tourists. The full bar features a rotating selection on tap, and the Little Gem salad is considered a masterpiece. It's important to note that they do not accept cash payments.
