I recently discovered a black owned restaurant in a town I wouldn't expect and was blown away by the experience. My husband and I dined at Dinner With Friends and the food is delicious; I had the salmon which is always excellent and cooked to perfection. My husband loves the chicken and pork chop (tender and seasoned well).The atmosphere was amazing; you’re able to just enjoy your meal and wind down. The service of course, is on point. It’s a place I’ll recommend to my family and friends.

I had the most Amaxing experience. From the moment I met Kevin the greatness never stopped. The salmon and garlic mashed potatoes were the best I’ve ever had hands down. I had the salmon for lunch at 11 am with the mango berry juice. It’s now 7:40 pm for the lobster egg rolls. If it weren’t this late I’d order the salmon and potatoes again
The meal was absolutely delicious. The lobster rolls were full of flavor, bacon wrapped oyster mushrooms crisped to perfection, blt wedge with chicken full of flavor, and lastly the salmon which was to die for. The service was also beyond attentive and helpful in making selections.
Over all wonderful experience. The restaurant was empty for our time there. We ordered the bacon wrapped oyster mushrooms and the bacon was definitely on the raw side so we didn’t eat that. Was pretty disappointed at that point as there was also commercials playing occasionally in the background music. That little detail really took the high end experience down several notches. After the appetizer the experience improved. Dinner itself was so delicious and fantastic! We ordered the scallops and the burger. I would absolutely go back but with a less high end expectation.

Ate here at the recommendation of Aloft, hotel next to it. Got the basics, hamburger and wedge fries… but juicy and delicious ! Wedge fries were nicely spiced and perfectly done. Hamburger was flavorful. Pricing was great. The BEST service. Kevin was professional, kind, and very service oriented. He went out of his way to make even a basic meal seem special. I heard him interacting with other guests and he was equally kind and helpful. Great eating and superb service.
