Tasty pumpkin muffin and a pour over. Large space with lots of room for working or conversation.

Fast, friendly, and most importantly delicious. The lattes were smooth and tasty. We also tried two of the pastries and loved them both. Hip coffee spot in the design district, glad we stopped here for a great start to our morning.

Very clean and cozy place! I ordered a (classic) standard lattee and tastes pretty decent and flavorful❤️. Stuffs are chill and friendly.

Cozy place for coffee or tea. A lot of college students hanging around, working with their laptops and whatever. As you enter the store there's a small conference room on the right where there was a meeting going on. Too bad their oven was out when we came in thus we were not able to try some of the food. Just had bagle and cream cheese, regular coffee and Fen Shui tea. On parking, not a lot of spaces. That's it.

Small spot away from the city to get coffee. Had an iced vanilla latte that was good but not anything special. Very limited outlets so not a great place to study or work.

Consistent espresso coffee and a great place to sit, chat or do work. It’s not quite your classic Kiwi pie, but it reminds you of home.

Been coming here occasionally for almost 3 years. They have consistently good drinks (doesn’t always happen with espresso) and I love the muffins they have. I always feel like my drink is made with

The staff are lovely and accommodating. The “savory pie” is pretty much an expensive hot pocket. Part of it was still cold. Nothing to write home about. They should source locally and have something fresher in my opinion. Chaga latte was just okay… I like that they offer this option. The latte art was pretty :)

I had a few hours to kill while waiting for my cousin's plane to land. I was looking for a quiet coffee shop to have a cold brew & catch up on my Yelp reviews. I found this little gem about 15 min from the airport. Quiet, clean, plenty of parking, & delicious coffee! The baristas were friendly & skilled, and my coffee was perfect! There is plenty of seating, plugs & free WiFi. I highly recommend The District!!

I ordered a mocha with orange syrup. Something was off with the milk, it didn’t have the cream taste. The espresso also was bitter. A bit of a bummer. The atmosphere and the building were great, though!
